Enter an open and bright main living areawith living room, kitchen and dining area. This open and bright space has a vaulted ceiling and a ceiling fan. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV with cable (YouTube TV provided by owner, stream additional content with your owner accounts) and WiFi. Fireplace is decorative--not for tenant use. The living room opens to the nicely-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and drip and Keurig coffeemakers. The dining room beyond the kitchen has a table with chairs and Sonos speaker for Bluetooth streaming. A slider from the dining area leads to the back deck.

Down the hall from the main living area is a bathroom with tub/shower and two bedrooms--each with a queen bed. Stairs from the living room lead to the primary bedroom on the second floor with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Hardwood floors in the main living area and carpet in the bedrooms.

This comfortable home has central air conditioning and washer/dryer in the basement.

The back deck has a table with chairs--perfect spot for a clambake or barbecue. Just off the deck is a gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Explore nearby trails in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Follow the trail to Gull Pond--approximately 0.5 mi.

Bike or drive to Gull Pond--one of the town's beloved freshwater ponds--only 1.3 mi away. Stunning Newcomb Hollow Beach is only 2.5 mi away--just a 7 mile drive. Head over to Wellfleet's bustling Main Street for shops, galleries, restaurants, the Wellfleet Public Library and the Wellfleet Farmers Market--only a 5 minute drive. Just a bit further you'll find Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor and Pier on the bayside. Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including bay and ocean beaches, freshwater ponds, live entertainment, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and hiking and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
