My can sleep six people comfortably, and is able to accommodate up to eight people. This home has been beautifully renovated and includes three beds. Master bedroom includes King bed. Second and third bedrooms include Queen bed. Luxurious linens and new top of the line mattresses accompany all beds. A Queen size air mattress is available for two which could easily fit in the living area or reading room. The home contains a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need to cook and enjoy

Stayed Nov 22, 2023Booking pictures need to be updated. Three mounted animal heads in master bedroom disconcerting. Booking not clear this is a personal residence. Closets and drawers stuffed with owners personal clothing. Therefore, no hanging or drawer space for guests. Was a little uncomfortable being in a personal residence. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Host gave quick responses to text and email questions.

Stayed Nov 11, 2022Very comfortable & welcoming with everything we needed for our stay- wonderful beds & lots of blankets & pillows. Kitchen was very clean, organized & well-stocked! Bathrooms were very clean with super water pressure & lots of amenities. 3 Big screen televisions!

Stayed Nov 26, 2021The house was perfect for us! I especially enjoyed the two cats! (Oliver slept with me both nights!) The chickens and fresh eggs were an added bonus. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. I would stay there again!

Stayed Oct 15, 2021Ann is a great host, and has a very comfortable home to stay in; so great that this is my second stay here. She is very proactive at communicating, and the house is perfect for relaxing & socializing with friends. Her house is in a convenient and nice neighborhood; close to campus and really everything in Waco. Comfy beds, a complete coffee bar, and guest toiletries are evidence of her attention to detail for her guests. I highly recommend her place. Thx, Ann!
