Comfort Single Home with BBQ, Private Pool & Hot Tub

The host was very responsive. The house was not very clean, dust and cob webs on light fixtures. Hot tub/pool heater didnt work. Heat randomly went up to 79 in the house one day while we were at a park.

Good communication. Secure location. Amenities and location suited our needs.

Enjoyed the stay and would recommend this rental to anyone. Very pleasant stay.

Great place to stay. Neighborhood was very quiet. House was very spacious. Everytime we had a question or issue the host was quick to respond and get anything straightened out. Would recommend this to anyone traveling in large groups. It was about a 30 min drive to any of the parks and a ton of food options around.

Owner was super responsive. The house could use some cosmetic updates but it is clean and is very spacious! The pool was great and the subdivision has nice amenities!I can see us booking this home in the future!

Resort is nice but the home is dated. Could use new shower heads they are pretty gross and some of the bathroom tiles in the master bathroom could use more grout because they are loose. Couches are worn and the chair in master bedroom is worn as well. I understand it's a rental vacation property but it's time to put some money into it.

Everything was not perfect, but good for the price we paid. The host was very responsive to our needs. This property needs to be re-plumbed for better toilet drainage. We had to plunge the toilets upstairs more than once and reported this to our host.

We really enjoyed this house. It was in a good location in relation to Kissimmee and the theme parks. Just out of town enough to get away from the fray, be close enoughto be convenient. The pool was great. The area is very secure with a gated entrance and exit. The house is big enough and laid out for multiple couples or families. The clubhouse is across the street and offers some amenities. All in all a good value.

Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms but no toilet paper and few towels when we arrived but house keeper returned and brought what we needed. Seemed to have enough appliances but we weren’t there long enough to use them Walls are looking beat up and kitchen chairs are falling apart. Pool Was great for the kids Location is good but you must have a vehicle to get around

The air conditioning was not working at the property we rented and they provided another house the next day.

We wanted a place near Universal with a pool and hot tub. I was great! We were able to swim and go in the hot tub even though the evenings were cool.

We all had a great stay with lots of room to spread out.

Property needs a facelift and an electronics upgrade. TV in the living room had cable but no aps like Netflix or Disney or anything and had 2 sets of channels to get HD. All the other tv's were small and mismatched with no cable. A couple had Roku if you remember all your passwords. Pool was an experience! Called owner (who was very responsive) because the temperature in the hot tube would not get above 88. He sent his partner over, and he said it was set at 100 but the spa had to be running to heat up. This was hard to do because of the timer for it. Anyway, we didn't use it because it never got over 88 degrees. No handrails for the pool and hot tub make it difficult to get in and out for seniors. Kids did enjoy the pool. Best thing about the property is the clubhouse, with a huge heated pool, and a real hot tub. Food at the bar although pricy, was delicious. I might stay at this resort again, but at a different property.

The property was clean, easy to find and located very conveniently. We also enjoyed the extra amenities of being in the resort. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The communication from Vitor is excellent. The payment process was uncomfortable for me. The payment process insisted you share a photo holding your the credit card - both a front view and a back view of the card - This was non negotiable. This was our 9th visit to Orlando, so I have a lot of places to compare this to. First the great bits: The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the quality of the bedding was lovely. The two queen rooms had very comfortable beds as well. The pool heat was perfect through our stay. The size of the house and the high ceiling made it feel spacious. The washing machine/tumble dryer were great and easy to use. Terra Verde resort clubhouse is great and so close to the house. Walmart is 5 mins away and they do delivery and click and collect. There are enough pool towels. Now for the not so good bits: The 4 single beds need replacing, they are not suitable for adults. The towels in the bathrooms are thin and cheap and there's not many of them. Parts of the house need a good clean/update - example door handles/doors, corners of the showers/bathrooms as well as the bathroom accessories (toothbrush holders) The glasses and crockery need attention, in need of a restock! Would we stay here again - yes! But would bring our own towels and some extra bits to make it work for us. Vitor will fix anything while you are there if you let him know.

This was a beautiful getaway for our family!!! Home was very clean and welcoming, will definitely recommend!!!
