Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Enjoyed the marsh, the bridge to the island, and the cape. No real Problems. The rooms are nice, kitchen works well, there is room inside and out to relax at and the outdoor shower works very well. We heard owls at night

Close to route 6 - cross for CCRT - and 2 minute car ride to Marconi while tucked away for a quiet, comfortable stay. Home, in true Cape Cod style, does not have air conditioning which could be challenging in high humidity; however, an array of room and ceiling fans provide comfort. Look forward to a future stay!

Great spot - Easy access to all of the beauty and amenities that Wellfleet has to offer, and plenty of space for our family of 4. Set apart from other houses in the area, has a nice secluded feel. Check-in and check-out was simple and super-straightforward. One critique is that we all found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. Might just be our personal preferences?? - but I wonder if they could use upgrading.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this home. We typically stay closer to town, and really enjoyed the location. We love the layout of the house, the deck, and wonderful shower. The house had everything we needed and fortunately the weather was, but I can imagine it gets very hot without an air conditioner.

This plus the plastic porch furnishings made sitting outside less appealing. Overall, the area is a lovely place to take walks and the house was spacious.
