Place was amazing! Host was very helpful with everything we needed even the last minute accommodations. Would definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

Nice place for the price!

After arriving at Panama City Beach we discovered a water leak at the property. After communicating with the owner they were able to accommodate us and move us to a Nother location and we were able to enjoy our vacation with no problems. Everything went well, the owner was quick in responding and solving the problem.I would definitely rent again at this location.

We own and manage rental properties and also travel frequently, so this review comes from a place of experience. As with any stay there were pros & cons, so both are listed in full detail below. Overall, the unit was unclean and unkept. The owner was unfriendly and not receptive to our concerns. We would have rated this property with only one star had it not been for the excellent location and community. This stay was not worth what we paid and we would not stay again or recommend to others. Pros: - Property amenities are amazing. - 11 pools onsite - all are well maintained and clean. - Close to private beach access. - In-unit washer and dryer. - Pet friendly. - Nice community. Cons: - Unit was very dirty and in disrepair. You name it.. it's broken or breaking. - Carpets have not been vacuumed in a long time. Hair and dirt are everywhere throughout the 2nd floor. - Bathroom rugs were filthy and had a dead roach, hair, and dirt embedded in them. - Shower does not drain. Drain stop is missing and you can clearly see the mass of hair and gunk that's causing the clog and standing water. - Master bedroom sheets were stained and had food crusted on them. - Upstairs bathroom mirror had spit marks from previous guests. - Upstairs sink was not clean. A ring from previous guest's mouthwash was still present as well. - Main entrance door had bloody fingerprints on it. - Stove had food crusted on it. -Multiple lightbulbs needing replacement. - Overall condition of the unit was poor and general repairs are needed throughout. - Check-in process was inefficient - we had to drive 15 minutes past the unit to pick up a packet of paper with the entrance code and parking pass. The office was hard to find in the dark. Shortly after we arrived, we reached out to the property owner to share our concerns. The owner implied we were lying and said that the unit was not like this prior to our arrival. However, this is how it was when we arrived! We sent photos to the owner through VRBO. He wanted someone he knew to come check our bizarre description and was generally rude and combative as we expressed our concerns. He offered housekeeping to come early the next morning. As we were already settled with our dogs and tired from traveling, we declined. The unit should have been cleaned prior to our arrival; instead, we ended up having to clean the unit ourselves. Owner refused to work with us to come up with another solution to make this right. We do not recommend.

The property was very clean and had pretty much everything you need. Nice and private little place, close to everything.
