Ann our host was very responsive to a few hiccups that we encountered during our stay. Since we are semi-retired, having a strong internet connection was imperative. When we lost the connection, Ann was quick to contact the provider who dispatched a tech the next day. In another situation, the steps away hot tub was ice cold upon our arrival. We contacted our host and she issued a tag to the PV HOA. It took several days for the hot tub to heat and a few days later was cold. Two more days hot, then later cold again, then heated again. The overall location of the condo provided great views of the golf course and mountains. However, the condo is well worn. From the baseboards to kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. The bath vanities are very low and we are short people. The half bath cabinet tilted at each use due to unevenness the floor or cheap vanity. The 4 dining chairs had black duct tape on the seat cushions. The outdoor plastic wicker chairs were taped on the arms and some seats were worn through. The couch was very used and needed a thorough steam cleaning. The master bed was extra firm with a feathered mattress cover that shed. Kitchen was equipped with old well-worn teflon pans, only 3 glass wine stems and limited silverware, causing more dishwasher cycles than necessary. The description originally stated “remodeled with modern furniture. We did not feel the description was matching the reality of our 28 day stay.

Lovely condo in the perfect location of Palm Desert! The view of the golf course is beautiful. Ann was a great host - very communicative and even made a tee time for us! We enjoyed using the country club facilities. Beautiful courses and nice restaurant called Bogies. Also being pet friendly, we were able to bring our little Shih Tzu on vacation! We definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the view every day & club privileges. Golf was awesome! You get free popcorn in the afternoon at the bar by the pro shop. Instructions from the landlord were very detailed & concise. Place was clean & had all the required amenities.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in November and couldn’t have had a better time. The location and view were incredible. We had our coffee on the patio every morning enjoying the view of the mountains and golf course. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy an incredible experience. The owners have done everything to make it comfortable and fully stocked for your stay.

The property was just as advertised. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was just what we wanted for our stay.

Property is in a private club and although you have platinum club privileges you have to pay for tennis the gym and golf. The atmosphere at this club was not friendly nor accommodating. The rental did have a pool nearby but it was not heated. The next nearest one was having work done on it. The unit itself needs a deep clean and maybe an makeover. Plus bikes advertised were not there

We had a truly marvelous three week vacation at Palm Valley Country Club. Previously we have stayed at Palm Valley but didn’t have the golf membership. This privilege enhanced an already great trip. The owner of this property, Ann, makes sure that everything is beyond VRBO standards. She provides so many little extras to help make the vacation relaxing and enjoyable, including up to the minute information about Palm Valley CC. We have never experienced such an incredible owner. We enjoyed the two separate suite bedrooms. Having guests was easy and private for all. I would highly recommend this property. We plan to return.

Ann was truly the nicest and most responsive owner of any VRBO we've stayed at. Her caring shined through at the property, she truly thought of everything a guest might need. We operate a golf course so my husband LOVED sitting on the back patio watching the crew work. The golf course is as beautiful as are the pools. I wouldn't change a thing about the property, the location or the owners - perfection.
