Perfect house for a golf getaway!

The house was perfect for 3 couples wanting to watch the American Express golf tournament.

House was very welcoming when arrived!Lights on temperature perfect! Television was set to a perfect channel Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed with lots of choices of dishes and glasses Very clean and comfortable bedding!We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit!

Wonderful house and host.

We really enjoyed our stay with family celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The home is very nice and very well equipped with everything we needed. The home is even more spectacular than the pictures and description. Having 3 master suites for our family was perfect. Mandi is quick to respond and so helpful which i very much appreciated. We are already planning our next trip back.

Beautiful property

Amazing property. Very well appointed, been to many VRBO properties and this was by far the nicest. You could actually really cook with plenty of utensils, plates, etc. Super clean, super relaxed, great pool and quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time and everything was as pictured. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and dishes.

Perfect in every way! 5th year staying at this wonderful home. Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, the beds are super comfortable and the location is perfect for restaurants & La Quinta Resort. It’s a home away from home.

Great house and host for our family trip

This was a quick spring break getaway from the midwest for our family. The home was immaculate when we arrived and everything was in great condition, especially the beds and pool backyard area. The location was ideal for my family with extensive privacy while still having incredible views of the neighboring PGA West course and nearby desert mountains. There were too many conveniences the home provided to list them all here. We would not hesitate to book this again and hope to do so in the near future.

I have stayed at this property before and it is beautiful and in an amazing neighborhood! All amenities you can imagine and Mandi & Dwight are both so friendly and easy to communicate with! I will be back!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property - it suited us perfectly. We found the responsiveness of the property manager Dwight to be excellent - he solved our two immediate problems promptly and was aware of a couple of things we brought to his attention - they were on his radar, which was good to know. The fact that the price included the pool and hot tub heating was great - it provided some certainty as to costs and we used the pool every day. One of our group has some mobility issues and the pool has deepish stairs and no handrail - so getting in was a bit of a challenge, but it was solved with some bricks we acquired at virtually no cost, so all good. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the property.

We loved staying at this house in November and were so happy to be able to get back there again last week. The house is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The 3 bedrooms are all very comfortable with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. The view of the golf course is beautiful and we got some spectacular sunrise photos. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. My husband and son loved the PGA West golf courses and it was a great community to walk around. Mandi was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back again.

My family had a great week at this house. The layout is great, it's very tastefully decorated, fully stocked in every way, and immaculate. Each bedroom has either a large closet, drawer space, and luggage stands if you would rather leave your clothes in your luggage. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything we needed. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The view of the golf course is spectacular, particularly at dawn with the sunrise. We loved the small pool which was heated perfectly and also the spacious and comfortable hot tub. We were happy to use the grill which was also very clean. The lounge chairs were comfortable with nice pool towels. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom, along with hand soap and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for the showers. There's a large laundry room and the washer and dryer were easy to use. I would have liked to have had an area to put on makeup in the primary bathroom with a magnified makeup mirror, but that was about the only thing missing. Also, the water pressure in the showers was low. There are large screen TVs but the channel lineup that was available was not great - the only way we could watch the NFL games was by screen mirroring through an iPhone or iPad. We couldn't access major TV networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox. The check-in time is 3 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. That worked for us because we had a relatively early flight back, but 10 AM checkout seemed early.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Mandi was a great host - very responsive and easy to work with. We had one question for the property manager while there, and he responded immediately and was very helpful. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely book again.

Net/net it was a bit of a mixed bag. My parents were not comfortable there and we ended up leaving a day early and checking them into a hotel. It seemed like the owners were perhaps let down by their property managers in that things were a bit off all around. The interior remodel is fantastic. Very appealing. There are ample linens, towels, pillows, blankets, plates and dishes. The outside was a mess when we got there. Things strewn around part of the back yard and the patio furniture looked like it was chewed on by animals. I contacted the owner and someone came and swapped out the broken items, cleaned up the mess and hosed off but didnt dry the rest of the patio furniture. Everything in the back yard was a combination of dusty and also muddy, partially because the sprinklers went on at least twice before 11am. The check in binder referenced electronic lock - it was a push button realtor lock box so I don't feel super confident that the number that unlocked the key was unique to our visit. A lot of kleenex holders - only one box of kleenex in the entire house. Some showers had soap, some did not but there were huge bottles of Costco shampoo Huge closets but full of furniture or roll aways so mostly unusable. There was one coffee pod and two motel sided small bags of Maxwell house coffee for the 3 night stay. Bags of what looked to be open cereal in the cupboards and 80% empty bottle of vodka, full bottle of whiskey. Vibe was off.
