Downstairs has the living area with TV and sleeper sofa, full kitchen, 1/2 bath, washer and dryer and large balcony. Upstairs is two bedrooms with Jack-n-Jill bath. One bedroom has King and the other has two full beds. If you are looking for a nice retreat with a short walk or drive to local attractions, this is it!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum. Parking is limited- two car max.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

The location of this unit was perfect for my wife and I for our stay. Very close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the beach! We walked the beach each morning. I absolutely loved the master bedroom's bed, best sleep I've gotten in years!
This property is directly across the street from the Gulf Shores public beach. It takes less than 2 minutes to be on the sand. It’s also an easy walk to all of the fun activities in the Gulf Shores area. The property is a bit away from the big condos so the beach area is less crowded. The property itself is updated with everything you need for a great stay. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and easy to keep clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cooking supplies. Check in is easy and the Poole Property Management team is great. We will return!

This property was perfect for my family. There was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen had everything you needed. The beach was just across the street and walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops.
This townhouse is just steps from the beach and is within walking distance of a ton of restaurants and shops! The rinse off shower in the parking area was a huge bonus! I will say the only downside was that the upstairs TV was not hooked up to cable or anything so if you're traveling with kids bring your own roku or Amazon fire otherwise that tv is useless. Otherwise the house was extremely well stocked! We are looking forward to staying here again!
