The house is perfect for a large tour group. We were 11 people at the World Cup three weeks in the house and were completely satisfied. The house and property is much bigger than you can see it in the pictures. The house is in great condition. to find no defects! The owner (Carlos) is super nice and helpful and came because of small problems within a short time past. Otherwise, you had your peace. The maid and cook were also great. I have been very satisfied in the three weeks and can be 100% recommend the house. Beach, restaurants, a small supermarket, bars, bus stop as in the description on foot within a few minutes. A large supermarket is within walking distance in about 15 minutes. Electricity and water was also calculated fair. I have nothing to complain about. Thank you Carlos, you were a good host!
