Everything was great

This is a great home and the hosts were fantastic. The house is spacious, well designed, and very clean. The location is great. The pool was perfect. The hosts were wonderful and always available if we had questions.

Beautiful home and location was excellent, I would highly recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to come back!

The home is exactly as described and my wife and I had a wonderful getaway!! Everything was clean and they even had extra supplies such as paper towels, soap, etc., so it made our stay even easier. The pool was wonderful and the garage has 5 bikes as well as beach gear and it is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. The owners and property managers provided great communication and we highly recommend this property!!

House was well stocked with all the essentials. Clean and nice layout. Pool was secluded from neighbors and well kept, we used it everyday! Really appreciate having bikes and beach towels too. Would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Our family had a fabulous stay at this property! This is our third VRBO on Marco and our favorite stay by far! The kitchen was very well equipped as we cooked breakfast and lunch at home. The neighborhood was amazing and quiet! We have stayed at other properties where the houses were close together and we had lots of neighborhood noise. We love being on the canal it was very peaceful and the dock was amazing to sit on and catch the sun. The pool was large and the sitting areas we comfortable and allowed for plenty of shade when needed! We also rode the well maintained bikes to the beach several times ( bike locks provided) to enjoy long walks on the ocean front. The house was VERY clean and check in process was easy! Everything was well labeled inside the house (lights, pool, air etc.). We had one small issue with the pool heater and the management company came right over and called the pool company who arrived within 2 hours. This issue did not prevent us from swimming and it was fixed immediately. A must stay, a great place for a family of four or 5!

Very nice home.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and the view including the pool overlooking the canal was spectacular. It was nice to be able to sunbathe on the dock or by the pool. The kitchen was so well stocked and location was about a mile from the beach and very close to I all the great restaurants. The beds were so comfortable. It really was a perfect stay!

We loved our stay. Really recommend for families: we loved the bikes and biked to the beach (easy), pool and deck were super clean and wonderful, sitting on the dock at sunset was magical. Kids loved ping pong and the stratego game, and we kayaked in the canal. We had breakfast outside each day. Highly recommend this home, the neighborhood is very pleasant too (as is the whole Marco Island). We loved staying at this property more than staying at the beachfront high rise hotels, just such a wonderful and relaxing environment. Thank you for the stay, and we hope to come back!

We love going and it’s the perfect house!

Overall, it was a good house. Love that it’s on a canal and you can park your boat alongside the dock. Comfortable couches in the family room. Beds are of average comfort. The overall age of the house is starting to show and the exterior maintenance is very poor. Lots of weeds everywhere in the rock bed, brick pavers and all round the landscaping features. Oool deck is partially sunken and cracked.

great little quiet cozy home

Wonderful! This property is excellent in all respects. It is conveniently located for street access as well as water access. We were pleasantly surprised with the well stocked kitchen, including almost every conceivable spice needed for preparing meals. The home was clean and inviting in every way and I have absolutely no reservations recommending this property for your stay on Marco Island.
