Colonial Beach Cottage, 7 minutes walk to beach!

The host was very responsive. The home was nice for our family trip. We had to shorten the stay due to incoming weather. It was well worth the price and a very nice get away. We will stay at this home again for future Colonial Beach trips.

The host was awsome. Loved the house. Everything was in like new condition. Couldn't be a better location. Looking forward to going back. Hopefully for at least a week next time.

We absolutely loved the house. It is very modern and comfortable. If you like lighting the house has plenty of high hats with bright bulbs. The house is very clean and well supplied. Communication with Moe is on point. He was available to and answered each time I had a question or comment. This house is in a prime location on the main strip. There is plenty of on site parking in the back yard. This was my first time visiting Colonial Beach and I will return with my family, I hope this home is available for when I return. If you get the chance to visit Colonial Beach this home is a great place to lay your head. Thank you Moe for a wonderful weekend getaway home.

Clean and a great fenced area for our pet.

Easy check in, over all nice place with a very convenient location. Property owner VERY responsive and excellent. We had a great 3 night 4 day stay.

Told our booking couldn't be found.

The house fit our needs. When we arrived we found the front door closer was broken, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, toilet seats were loose and within 30 minutes of walking around the baby’s feet were filthy black. The floors looked clean but they were not. Overall we had a great time. Thank you so much!

Everything in the house was as advertised. Very nice and well kept.

We can me in town for our daughter’s graduation and chose this home bc it was more space, provided a cozy/updated feel and right next to restaurants, the beach and hiking trails! We would definitely stay here again for our next visit!

The property manager was fast to respond, so that was a good thing. The rug that was in the living room smelled like pee, not sure if it was a dog or a cat. I reached out to the property manager and he said that he would have the cleaning crew come to clean once again because he said jt was the first time that anyone complained about the smell. Obviously if they have pet's they are used to the smell of dog pee, I have no pet's so I'm definitely going to knows something is off with the smell. I can't belive the cleaning crew didn't catch the smell. I would never rent that house again. because i

We had a wonderful time at your cottage. It was in a great location with easy access to walk to the water and restaurants. Our dog loved the fenced in yard too! We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for sharing your cottage.

It was okay for a short stay.

The overall cleanliness of the cottage was a 10/10. Everything was neat and clean. Other than snow not being shoveled and the steps being slippery I have no complaints.

We found everything we needed for a nice getaway. It is cozy and modern. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and user-friendly vacation stay. A great home away from home!

Very clean and comfortable. Fenced in lot was great for letting our dog walk around off leash. Off street parking was a plus. Don't miss breakfast at Lenny's a short walk away or the model train store next door.

Home is awesome, very well taken care and decorated nicely. All the amenities we needed got a peaceful stay. Very cozy and quiet. The town itself was very accommodating and people are very pleasant. Definitely recommended this hike if your looking for a location to just unplug from your normal routine and relax.

Great place, plenty of room

We booked this cottage for two, to provide a home base while we explored the local state parks and beaches. It had a nice large kitchen and just enough space to fit our needs. You can sometimes hear a local car wash dryer or sirens from the rescue squad, but when you’re inside it’s quiet. Would be a great place for a couple or single family to enjoy!

The cottage was great very comfortable for the children and us. We had everything we need. The walking distance to the beach is 5 blocks, next time we will bring a beach roller cart to bring all our staff. Thank you

The house was great. Fantastic kitchen, nice modern decor. Could use a few side lamps as the overhead lighting is VERY bright. MBR was very comfortable. The bunks in the second BR would be great for smaller kids, but my teens were a little cramped. I love that the yard was fenced, but the location was a negative for me. It IS indeed walkable to many shops and restaurants, but being right on the road meant lots of traffic, and it’s right next to a car wash that operates around the clock. Overall, if you don’t mind being on the main road, this is a great choice!

Well taking care of

This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor area was relaxing and had a fire pit and grill. The location was close to everything in town. You could walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. We love the area and hope to return soon!
