Stayed Aug 13, 2022Spacious clean house for total of 7 guest! Property Manager quick to respond to messages and easy check in/check out process. Public beach access is few minutes drive versus a walk. Enjoyed are stay and would return to Colonial Beach.

Stayed Sep 3, 2021Very nice location. One thing that would make it even nicer would be if it had a back porch/deck where you could sit. There was nice outdoor furniture, but didn’t use it because it was a bit big to carry in and out of the garage. Instructions on how to operate the TVs in the bedrooms would have been helpful, as we couldn’t figure out how to get them working. Otherwise, nice place and location was convenient and quiet.
