Collingwood Villa is a large, 2-story house that sits privately nestled at the southern point of Collingwood Beach, providing direct beach access out the front door. Both levels have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and large living spaces with dining for 10+. The kitchen has all the mod cons, including a dishwasher and a 2nd fridge in the storeage room- making large-group entertaining a breeze. There is a 3rd toilet in the laundry room. All living and king rooms have bi-fold doors, opening up to large decks that wrap around the house, maximising natural light and creating seamless connections to the outdoors with stunning views over the water. The common living spaces easily accommodate shared activities with family-sized lounges, smart TV's, large dining tables, darts and a pool/ping-pong table (on ground floor only) The villa has both mature & establishing gardens surrounding the ample outdoor spaces which include table settings for 10+ on both top and bottom decks, a BBQ & cozy outdoor entertainment area to able to accomodate large functions.
