COLD AC! Relax in comfort at Spacious Simplicity-modern amenities with spa!

The kitchen was awesome and had everything. It was the center of all the social activities. The living media room kept everyone together with an easy translation to the outdoor living area and hot tub. Location was great and allowed us to hit all of Boerne and the Rim. The host had 2 Christmas tree’s and decorations well appointed thru out the house -It was a very nice welcoming for my son being home on leave. We will be scheduling this home again!

The host was awesome, responded quickly and was very welcoming. The home was very cute, cozy, comfortable and clean. We loved the large hot tub and fire pit and I appreciated all the kitchen supplies. A great place to stay for our family’s Thanksgiving!!

Great place! Hot tub was a nice bonus, but for us, the board games made it awesome!!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean! The host was nice and had all information detailed on what needs to be clean before check out. 100% would book this place again if able to.

We had a nice time despite the weather ruining a majority of our plans. The enormous collection of board games and the hot tub was a major success for our trip.

We did not spend much time at the house, but if you are looking for a family retreat, there are so many options for activities: Games, TVs, hot tub,workout equipment… It was very clean and comfortable.

Went to Boerne for a girls weekend and the house had everything we needed and more. The house is fully furnished, the backyard is peaceful and the hot tub was amazing. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and takes about 5 minutes to get to downtown Boerne. Communication with the host was great, sent us all the information we needed ahead of time. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Boerne.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate! Great amenities, comfortable beds, and lots of space. Easy booking and check in. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

Nice neighborhood. House is nice. Owner has unreal expectations and they try to charge you extra for general cleaning that is already being charged and included. Also had to ask multiple times for check in information that was not included in the welcome packet. Unclear details in welcome packet on their expectation with what to do with bedding when done, no information where to leave dirty laundry, not enough trash bags to empty all the trash cans, and no information where to find laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Was not below the sink or in the laundry room where one would expect. Owner tried to charge us for not doing laundry and dishes when we had no idea we needed to and there was no detergent. Also accused us of multiple things that were not true to substantiate charging us more. I'd suggest finding a different home to stay in as we've not had one issue ever before with a homeowner and always try to leave a house in acceptable shape and not damage anything.

This home was beautifully furnished and seasonally decorated. The owners thought of everything you might need. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen that made cooking at home easy. Great outdoor area and large hot tub was icing on the cake!
