Stayed May 18, 2024The property was great with comfortable areas for our small group of 4 to hang out together - whether eating at the dining table, or watching TV in the evening, or hanging our by the pool. Beds were also comfortable. Beach is just a short walk to the end of the road. I agree with previous reviewer who noted the lack of basic supplies - garbage bags, TP, dishwasher detergent. There was one glitch with the management company. The pool had not clearly not been cleaned in awhile, but the 'welcome' book said pool is cleaned 1-2 times per week depending on the property. I didn't want to complain, so we waited. On the third day, a guy in a pool company van pulled into the driveway, saw my husband in the pool (who called out to him) and then promptly left without coming over to the pool. At that point I called to ask if someone could come clean the pool. I was told I had to pay $100 to have someone come. I said that wasn't acceptable as it was part of the rental agreement.. The same woman called back to say someone was on their way, and it would be $100. I said, again, that was unacceptable. The next time she called back and said we did not have to pay. great. all settled. the pool guy did a fabulous job. After lots of scrubbing of the sides and bottom, the pool looked more like the online pictures. beautiful. In the 20+ years I've been going to AMI, the management companies (namely AMI locals, and Sato) have been outstanding. This one not so much.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a comfortable and luxurious place to stay! Location is so close to the beautiful gulf beach and Pine Ave shopping and dining. Pool and backyard are an oasis of fun. Beds are comfortable and kitchen nicely appointed. We had a few issues with the pool heater and the staff could not have been more helpful and solved our problems quickly so we didn't miss out on any fun. My only criticism is the bare minimum of household goods supplied. There were no kitchen staples (i.e. no Tupperware, ziplock bags, foil, spices, etc. and each bathroom came with exactly ONE roll of toilet paper and they supplied just two kitchen garbage bags for our stay (we were staying for four nights.) At this level of rental, I would hope you can trust your guests to use only what they need and leave the rest for future guests. It was a hassle to drive to Publix for TP on our last day at the house. Otherwise it was a perfect stay, and we would not hesitate to rent here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a fabulous house! We rented for a family trip and were not disappointed. The location is so close to the beach, it is a quick walk to a beautiful white sandy beach. The sunsets were spectacular! The house is completely remodeled and so beautiful, high end upgrades throughout. It had everything we needed and more. All family members had their own bathroom which was so nice. The outdoor space is even more wonderful, pool area, outdoor bar with tv and even a putting green. We will definitely be back! The most amazing house to make family memories!
