Coconut Cove Home with Sunny South-Facing Family Pool, Canal & Boat Dock

We had a great stay at this home! So much for our little kids to do, even with the colder weather. The pool area was wonderful and it was fun to have a hot tub for the colder days too. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home!

we spent a week in cape coral and had a lovely stay! caught fish right off the dock and the boat lift was perfect for our boat! super toddler/baby friendly!

Beautiful house and quiet neighborhood. We had a mom and kids trip with 4 families and this house was a perfect fit. Everything was exactly as listed. The garage had so many beach items. Definitely recommend this house and host!

Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Lots of playthings for little tykes in 2 closets upstairs. A safety net surrounds pool. It’s wonderful even if you don’t have kids. Laurie was super accommodating and available immediately with any questions I had.

Laurie is an amazing host and was super quick to respond to messages we had. The pool was perfect and heated in the morning for our little one to enjoy it! The kids toys and items throughout the house was so nice to have and kept our daughter occupied. This house is in a great location with many things to do and a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Cape Coral beach, shopping and dining. I will say this was the cleanest house we’ve stayed in and would recommend to anyone with or without kids.

Great house … close by to the Westin for meetings. Loved the pool and hot tub. Lots of toys for littles! Clean and comfortable and had everything we needed!

We chose this place because we wanted a new place with access to new beaches and places we hadn’t been before and this gave us that. The owner was very nice and helpful. They were accessible throughout our journey and eager to help us anytime we needed it. They answered all our questions. I would recommend this location for your family vacation and the pool is great!!!!

My husband and I took our children and three grandbabies for our first vacation with the Grands. The house was spacious, clean and was in a perfect location. Far enough away for privacy yet close enough for a run to the store! Would stay there again.Thank you Laurie!!!

this was our first rental and we loved it. it had everything we needed and more. we played games we have not played as a family in years my 11 month old grandson loved his walk and the flooring because at home we have carpet and its hard to move so he was zipping everywhere. loved the pool. Loved the dock my brother brought his boat they went out fishing had a great time caught fish but released them. we just had a overall blast. would love to return on Christmas. I think that would be magical!!! thank you for the memories and opportunity.

Overall, a great property to stay, the house has everything that's listed on the website, host was great in answering any questions. Was not responsive initially but once we checked in, she answered back within a very reasonable time. A/C wasn't working properly, she sent a tech to look into it and fixed it the next day. Overall I would give 4 stars for the house. Only thing I would point that was bad was the swimming pool was a bit dirty, it needs to be cleaned up. And also, this house was for 14 people, we had 11 on the trip and the living room needs to have a couple more chairs or sofas for all to sit together, we had to pull dining chairs when we all want to sit together in the living room. Currently not more than 7 people can sit there.

This property was just perfect for a family get together. The pool was wonderful and the area was very peaceful.
