Cocoa Beach Paradise: Screened Pool, Patio + Games

The pool was great, our grandsons visited and enjoyed it. We used the pool table also. Its a comfortable home. Nice setting, lots of birds to watch. Its very conveniently located to the beaches and great restaurants.

The host made sure we were taken care of. We had a great time, thanks Eric.

We all had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed. Our host Eric even checked that we had a blender so that we could make smoothies. The pool was wonderful and warm. Even the water at cocoa beach was warm. No one wanted to leave. Thank you Eric for sharing your house with us.

Rented this property for 2 weeks in July 2025 and it was great for us. We had another couple with us and the house easily works for couples, families, or just a group of friends. We dined mostly poolside even in July with well-placed fans and the pool and area was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen has everything you could want with the gas range. TVs in each room had local channels, DishTV, and Roku that is a big plus. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. We played pool but ping pong and air hockey available too. Lots of games onsite too. Have to mention master shower was great pressure with fantastic shower head...didn't want to leave the shower. Pool area has an outside private shower to rinse off sand or just rinse before entering pool. We were there in summer but can certainly see this as a great place to stay all year round. Host Eric was responsive and great neighborhood. Can't go wrong with this one. Six stars from us.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable time on Merritt Island. Such a great location - convenient to everything. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and walk him in the peaceful neighborhood. It was great to have coffee by the pool which was made even more comfortable by the overhead fans! Pool, pool table, and many board games made for great family fun! Well provisioned - Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meals each evening. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would stay again!

We stayed here for spring break. The house overall was fine. The pool was fantastic. It is solar heated so we opted to not pay for the heating of the pool and we were glad we didn’t. It was perfect. My kids had a blast swimming. The kitchen doesn’t have a ton of storage for food. It could, but the way the owners have the equipment stored didn’t leave a place to really put it. There are games and puzzles, pool table and air hockey. We had fun with those things too. My kids wished the beds were a little more comfortable. The house is a little dated but that was known based on pictures. It worked for what we needed. The pocket doors could use a good clean.

Our recent stay was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The layout of the house is perfect for families—spacious, open, and welcoming. Each bedroom had its own TV, which was a big hit with everyone and made it easy for us to relax after long, sunny days.The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed (and more) to prepare meals at home. The pool area and lanai were easily our favorite part of the house. The screened-in lanai kept things bug-free while letting in the Florida sunshine, and the pool itself was a dream—warm, sparkling, and surrounded by plenty of space to lounge or play. We spent most of our days soaking up the beautiful weather poolside, and the variety of pool toys provided kept us entertained for hours.Inside, the house is stocked with family fun. The pool table and air hockey table provided endless entertainment, and there was a great selection of games, cards, and books for all ages.This house offered the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy the sunshine with family. Great communication with property manager!

This was our 5th VRBO we have leased. We found it easy to work with Eric on checkin, but the place was dated and dirty. The rental boasts a beautiful pool which is one of the reasons we selected this place, but we were told if we wanted it heated in March, we had to pay 25 more per day. This would have been good to know from the start. The location isn’t bad, but for the money, it needs some serious attention before I would recommend it for rental.

This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and absolutely amazing. The heated pool was just what we were looking for. Family and friends who visited loved the air hockey table and pool/ping pong table. Add to that, a fenced in yard to allow us to bring our two dogs. We reserved this wonderful home for six weeks to allow us to escape the cold Maine winter. And the location?? Popular restaurants, grocery stores and oh yes…..the beach…..all within 5 to 10 minutes from the house. Eric, the owner of the property, was always available to answer any questions, respond to minor issues (replace a flood light in the back yard, fix a ripped screen in the pool area). Very easy to communicate with. Yes, would absolutely recommend this to anyone for a great vacation home!

The neighborhood seemed plenty safe, I jogged around it on several different days. If you like to cook your own meals to save a lot, this place had almost everything you can imagine. From some dry spices, to pans and utensils, and a gas grill. You need to buy your own condiments, not a big deal. We stayed shortly after a hurricane, and the only issue we had was the pool got a little murky while we were there and could have used some chlorine or cleaning.

Our stay was enjoyable with the enclosed pool. The house is clean and have all the necessary kitchen tools and accessories that we were able to use. It was conveniently located and have easy access to the major freeways.
