Cocoa Beach Home w/ Private Pool ~ 1/2 Mi to Beach

House was perfect for our family. We loved the location. Host was very kind and responsive.

The house and amenities that came with the house are great. The neighborhood is great. Would rent this house next week if it were available.

Overall the property was nicely equipped and appointed.

My family group of eight adults spent five nights in the house in December. The four bedrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The three bathrooms were clean and functional. We used the TVs, pool, grill, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher with no problems. The host was responsive and friendly when we contacted them on check-in and check-out. All members of my group were satisfied; the stay met our expectations. Also, the weather in December was sunny and warm enough to enjoy the nearby beach, which was an unexpected pleasure!

Plenty of sleeping options and a wonderful shared space in the living area. Super nice calm walk to the beach & pier. It was a little chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and even some basic spices and cooking essentials.

All was fine. We were pleased to be allowed to enter the residence a little earlier than expected.

The large open concept was perfect for our family. House was a clean and inviting space. Nice safe neighborhood.

The house was beautiful. There was plenty of room for the children. They had room three and four. The main bedroom with the bathroom was absolutely immaculate and spacious. And bedroom two also had a queen size bed it was very spacious. The kitchen is every woman's dream it must have had a 20 ft Island and every major client. There was laundry pods dishwasher pods coffee and filters any seasoning that you needed. It was the perfect house. Then you go outside to a beautiful pool Adirondack chairs in the shade and a table with an umbrella. There was also a barbecue propane which was wonderful and plenty of toys in the toy chest for the kids to bring in the pool. It is close to everything. The Cocoa Beach pier was less than half a mile. Kennedy space center is about 19 miles. Brevard zoo was about 40 minutes away but well worth it you must go. I would definitely recommend it and we will be going back.

Beautiful 4 bedroom house with a pool. It was spacious and clean as advertised. The walk to the beach took a few minutes but it was an easy.

Beautiful house. Very clean and put together.. off road parking. . The pool in the back was great, short walk to the beach was nice! Was able to see two rockets launch off! This house worked great for my family. Good with kids ages from 2yr old and my 16yr old! Great neighborhood no problems. House manager communicates great if you need anything. Will definitely rent this house again when we come back down to coco beach!

The house was better than in pictures. The pool was great to have for the kids. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The living area was very spacious and had plenty of room for 5 people . The property is in a quiet neighborhood where we felt very safe, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We would stay here again!

The house was great! The accommodations were perfect for our group of six, and the house itself is well-appointed. In addition, the location can’t be beat for access to the area’s entertainment, dining and recreational activities. Our host, Cindy, was very responsive to any questions and quite helpful.

Recently updated and nice, near many spacecoast attractions. Time for new mattresses as they weren't very comfortable. All of the sinks in the house although pretty, were too tall for our sis year old to use.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was super clean, communication was quick, the neighborhood was quiet, and everything was in working order. We didn’t have any complaints at all! Cindy was wonderful, even giving us travel tips to avoid the heavier traffic! We would highly recommend this home for your stay in Cocoa Beach!
