Beautiful home! The weather and beach were perfect!!

Access to the beach was excellent. Walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. Very nice and clean house. Only recommendation would be stair gates for toddlers but other than that a perfect house. Have a family member that has balance issues so the elevator came in handy. Our family likes to eat at home mostly and the big dining table was great

The elevator was a big plus for the great grandmas and getting luggage to the upstairs rooms. The dip pool was nice did our granddaughter. We all had a wonderful time. We rented this 3 story house and loved it! Perfect location, room for everyone, an elevator to navigate the floors and great decor! Will certainly be back again!

The place was beautiful and we enjoyed the opportunity to stay there.The location was convenient. The driveway was precarious to get in and out of at times depending on the time of the day.The matresses could be updated. The 3rd floor mattress was soft with extreme soft spots that made it difficult to rest.The furniture in the living room area left some room for improvement.Overall the experience was great and we had a great vacation.The beach was good, we only had some people encroach on us the last couple of days. One lady literally put a towel on the ground next to our chairs. Then another family that was not staying on the beach had beach service chairs set up between us and the other family staying in the unit next to ours. This family had many persons and kids . They were sitting in front of us on the beach and their kids were slinging sand on my wife burying each other next to our chairs. No one wants confrontation on vacation. I feel if you are renting a unit directly on the beach there should be a reserved area behind the unit. The people not on the beach should have a designated area since they have not paid the additional cost for having a beach front property. When you reserve a unit on the beach directly you should not have to fight for space with someone staying blocks away. I know this is a challenge but it should be seriously considered since the cost of a unit is more than one three blocks away.Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this loacation.

It was a perfect location so we could come and go to the beach as needed. The rental was as advertised! Very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The team was very responsive and helpful, both before, after and during our stay. I would highly recommend it!

We have rented several different properties from Frangista Beach. Treasure On Gulf is one of our favorite’s. The bedrooms are all beautiful with large beds and the bunk room was amazing. The decor is just perfect. The outdoor spaces have lots of comfortable seating. The views of the Gulf of course cannot be more stunning.Frangista Beach is a super responsive and personable realty company, love working with them. Wonderful vacation!!

The mgmt staff was very helpful & answered all our questions. This was a different stay for us, we've never rented a house before but would highly recommend it. We've always done beach condos. The living room space was a little small for the 11 of us and 3 babies but we made it work. The bunk room does not have direct access to a bathroom so that was a little inconvenient, but again, we made it work. All the parking in this community is very limited so parking 4 cars was very tight in a rental that could sleep up to 16+ people. Limited parking made unloading and loading difficult. But all of us had a wonderful time and we would consider staying here again if it fits our needs in the future. We've always stayed closer to Destin so this was our first time in Miramar and we really enjoyed the area, still close enough to the traditional things we like to do!

I would advise those considering this house to bring toiletries with you. For the first time in renting a nice beach house, we had no body wash and just a small bar of soap per bathroom. There were no napkins and only four placemats for dining. I also thought it was in need of a touch up. The master bath's tile was dingy and chipped.
