Coastal townhome with easy beach access, beach gear, balconies, grill, W/D, & AC

All the kitchen gadgets and tools you could need. The beach was a short walk away with all the accessories you need for the beach. Amazing sun rise if you are up early enough for it. The kids loved the bunk bed. I loved the balcony off the bed room. The community was immaculate. The property managers are available. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

The location was great. We loved the beach and market place. The neighbors were really friendly and welcoming. Make sure you are more specific with the location of the cottage since it have a sliding glass front door so it was a challenge to find the unit and the lock box. Also, the air conditioning leaked which caused potential for slips in both upstairs bedrooms. Other than that it was great!

Visiting friends to help celebrate an engagement. The property was in a wonderful quaint waterfront community just a short walk to the beach. Although the unit was only 800 square feet it felt much bigger and totally fit all of our needs. We would stay there again

Everything you could ask for in a beach property! Minutes from the beach, less than 10 mins to the marketplace! Beds were comfy, AC worked very well & so did the internet. We didn’t use the grill but a great amenity. We had a wonderful time!

I stayed with my adult daughter - visiting the area for a funeral and wanted some extra “cape” time. Charming little cottage! Exceptionally clean. Great location. It was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again. Overall, very impressed.

The villa is well maintained and very clean. My stay was perfectly uneventful as I hoped it would be. Comfy accommodations, and conveniently located near to Mashpee Commons. The beach is a two minute walk, the property is lovely.

we so enjoyed the super clean condo in a great little area within walking distance of the beach. Had all the amenities you needed for a beach vacation. There were four of us for the long weekend within walking distance of the wedding venue that we were attending. Would definitely be back.

Great place for a small family to vacation in the cape! Clean place with many essential such as dishwater, cookware, a grill, laundry detergent and basic toiletries. Beds were comfortable, especially the bunk beds. Short walk to the beach with kids in tow and many beach chairs, boogie board and other beach gear. Ac on both levels of the townhouse was a plus. Walking distance to popponosett village with a cute coffee shop, bike rentals, market, ices cream and mini golf. We will definitely book again!

Perfect location. Great size for 2-4 people.

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay with 2 couples. It is a little tight, but works great if you're not planning to spend too much there (we were there for a wedding, so were out and about most of the time). Such a cute neighborhood, and easy walking access to the beach and Popponesset marketplace.
