Coastal retreat steps to the beach with smart TVs, desk, grill, children's items

Would have loved to give this a 5-star rating but just a few things kept me from doing that … the beds were okay but one of the frames was loose and rattled and one of the slats in one of the twin beds fell out during the night. The shower in the family bath had VERY low water pressure. The upstairs could use a few area rugs in the bedrooms to absorb noise. The kitchen table and chairs were very wobbly. We kept hand tightening the screws because we were afraid the table was going to collapse. We could have used a snow shovel since it snowed several inches while we were there and had to use a broom to clear off the steps (not sure if they were supposed to provide snow removal). But there was so much we loved about this house! Everything is in new condition and tastefully decorated. The open floor plan was perfect for our family to gather. Tons of storage. Television channels, WiFi access were all excellent. Nice hot water in the sinks and shower. Extra blankets and pillows were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our stay. It had everything that we needed and was in a great location. We had plenty of room and it was super comfortable.

Great modern house in a beautiful neighborhood of Gloucester.The rooms and bathrooms were large and nice.Kitchen and living area had everything that we needed.The code to get in was too long and we couldn’t type it in at night without a flashlight.The house could use and iron and ironing board.

House is awesome - only reason i gave it 3 on check in was that the door locks didn’t work and it was confusing to get it…. Clean - Re-done - the Lobster is a great place to hang out and its close… Very nice place!!

This home was the perfect base for our short trip to Gloucester. It was well furnished, with comfy beds, nice laundry room, and a quiet neighborhood. A couple more towel hooks in the bathrooms and some more supplies in the kitchen would enhance the experience for future guests. We were happy with our stay!!

Beautiful property conveniently located. I didn’t read all the amenities and needed to buy an iron but otherwise excellent stay.

This was a great home (nice flip), centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. If it weren't so cold (haa, haa), we'd consider moving to Gloucester. Town was quaint and people were super friendly. Even had one of the locals recommend taking the commuter train into Salem on 10/31 instead of driving. Great tip. Would definitely stay again.

House was beautiful and included everything. Only thing I wish there was instructions for the heating/cooling system.

Very clean house and spacious. Nicely decorated and bright. Comfortable furnishings. Outdoor grill was clean and worked great. Perfect location, close to downtown Gloucester and other destinations this beautiful area has to offer. The Vacasa team was easy to contact and very helpful with answers to any questions or concerns.

Loved all the extra blankets and towels. Beautiful home. Couple weird things (only one shower worked and it was difficult getting into the house with the code.) the house is beautiful and in a great location though.

We enjoyed our stay at Beau’s beach house. It was spacious, clean and welcoming. We would have loved to have an iron and ironing board since we were there for a wedding and needed to press some clothes. When we arrived we were unable to get into the house and Vacasa was able to get us in using a key that was in a lockbox. We would have preferred to use the keypads since we had three couples in our family staying there. Unfortunately, Vacasa was unable to fix the issue and get us a correct access code and we had to use the spare key while we were there. Other than this issue the house worked perfectly!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood, great location, convenient to Rocky Neck and downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean, nice space, easy to get into. We vacationed with our two sons, and the commuter rail into Boston was super easy and the local beaches are very kid-friendly. We didn’t consider the beaches to be walking distance with our kids, so we reserved parking in advance of the days we were planning to go to the beach. The house had nice amenities to get our stay started – hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, etc. Plenty of towels – both bath and beach towels, and there were two beach towels available for use during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was a big plus for us. Lots of great local restaurants nearby, and we really enjoyed getting coffee and breakfast sandwiches at Cape Ann Coffee, which was right down the road. I’d definitely stay here with our family again!

Outstanding property. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. The location is excellent too. Great for kids as there isn’t much clutter for them to get into. We would stay again.

This home has a great location in East Gloucester. VERY clean which we appreciated. Just fyi - there was no hair dryer and no hot mats for use with the oven. The sofa and chairs were comfy and look nice. The tables are very inexpensive and wobbly just so you know. It looks great and Vacasa very helpful thru the entire process. Would recommend!
