Stayed Mar 17, 2024We had an awesome time in Florida. This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no issues with the house. The beds were super comfy and the restrooms were super clean.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024The house was even better than advertised and perfect for our group of mature adults. Upon arrival the home was spotless. Claudia was a great hostess who communicated well and responded to any questions that we had promptly. One thing that could make the rental better would be a gas grill rather than the charcoal grill that was provided.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Everything about our stay was outstanding throughout our 12 night reservation! Claudia, the owner, must be an interior decorator as evidenced by the home's wonderful decor. The home feels very clean and updated. The home is very well-equipped and everything is in good working order. We felt completely comfortable in every room. We ate many meals on the screened in patio, which we particularly enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants a very short drive away. The arrival information was clear and helpful. Claudia also provided a book with local suggestions, which we used and found very helpful. When we had just a question or two, Claudia was very prompt to respond. We certainly recommend this home, and we would certainly return if and when we are staying in the area again.
