Stayed Feb 1, 2026This was simply the “ ideal vacation” in every way. What a wonderful surprise to find a completely renovated, beautifully decorated home on a quiet street with a private heated pool just steps from a gorgeous, spacious beach! Our host, Nancy, was just terrific! Any questions were immediately answered and always happily- a dream host if there ever was one!The island can be tricky to navigate during peak traffic times with only a 2 lane highway but you quickly figure it out! We had a couple of great meals and the rest were fine! This is a lovely little town in the process of rebuilding after the hurricane. For once I simply cannot find one thing to complain about! Thank you Nancy for allowing us to spend 10 glorious days in your delightful home!

Stayed Jul 23, 2022I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at so close to the beach and shops. I can’t wait to come here again! The heated pool was amazing! My family enjoyed it we had a great time. Maintenance came and fixed a couple things that we had seen and was resolve very quickly. Very good communication!

Stayed Jul 16, 2022This is our 2nd time at this property and we absolutely LOVE it. My only suggestion is the door be fixed in the master bedroom bathroom to the shower. It would not stay closed. Otherwise we had an amazing time! Love the house, area, private pool, and price! Will definitely rent this place next summer!

Stayed Jul 9, 2022This is our 3rd stay at this property and we enjoyed it as much as we did the previous times! I would definitely recommend it; the location is great, and everything was clean and working. It was great being able to spend the day at the beach and then time at night in the pool. We would definitely go back again!

Stayed Jun 4, 2022Awesome location for a very accommodating home. We enjoyed the beach, bike rides exploring, and swimming in the pool. The wagon was perfect for taking over our beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Barely anyone around us. And the privacy from the palm trees around the swimming pool was great. Such a beautiful area that we all loved exploring and taking in the scenery. The house was perfect for our family of four.

Stayed Apr 23, 2022Our stay at Mid Island property was a wonderful place to spend our vacation! The property was equipped with everything we needed; the pool was definitely the best perk! The home was located close to the market and a short walk to the beach. The beach was clean and not congested. Special thanks to Nancy and Tri-Power Realty who were very communicative and were available to answer any questions we had during our stay. One of our best vacations yet!
