BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    We loved the neighborhood. It was safe and quiet. Had a nice community pool as well. The house was spacious and for the most part clean minus it having an issue with spider in the living room. We killed about 5 or 6 of them. The house was also hot as the rental company apparently didn’t come turn down the AC for our arrival nor did they check the cleanliness of the house after it apparently sitting vacant for a bit or they would have noticed the spiders, webs and their droppings all over the back door and window ledges as well as someone’s fake eyelashes left behind on one of the pillows on the bed. We had a couple other small issues that we addressed with the rental company and the lady at the front desk of the rental company, Beachball Properties was super friendly and apologetic but apparently they fall short with the housekeeping department as it took a few trips off them coming out to try to remedy things which they never completely did. Sometimes they came out even when I told them they didn’t have to which was nice but also I didn’t like the fact that they just came to the house with no warning of when they’d be arriving. The maintenance guy, Tony that they had come out to check on the AC since it took a few hours to finally cool down was super nice. Furniture was wornUp until last year we owned rental properties in Orange Beach that I managed myself for 15 yrs and I definitely would have never had my renters have to deal with this. Definitely won’t be back

    Great size for 4 families! Great location. Close to beach, Publix, and great places to eat. I would give a 5 if there was a grill on the property because we did an inshore fishing trip and would have cooked the catch on the grill instead of inside. Also, the check in time is 5:00pm our time, so I wish we could have gotten in earlier. I get that the house has to be cleaned and inspected. Overall we were all very pleased. I would definitely stay there again!

    We went with 3 other families. The house is very spacious & open the layout of the home is very practical for everyone to move around & have their own space. The home is as described the AC works great & the community is family friendly. Loved loved this home perfect for big groups.

    We really enjoyed our stay with another family…11 total stayed comfortably. Check-in was easy and the property manager made a situation right after a couple issues. Only couple concerns was that they are building in the community and start at 7am in the morning. The walls are paper thin and we could hear neighbors outside partying into the late night as well as every voice traveling through the house. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking for most meals. Great location!

    Had a wonderful stay at your home. My only suggestion would be that you let your visitors know the days that trash get picked up and where to leave towels at the end of their stay. Definitely would book this home again.

    We really enjoyed our stay,couldn't ask for anything more,enough space, it's was nice and clean,Beach was easy to find,so much to do,We will be back next year,same place, it just felt like home,no complaints I had to get use to sleeping without shades or curtains,Best Vacation so far see you next time.     Beautiful place. The bunk beds are for kids . I had 18 adults. So be sure you never rent this house to just an adult group (party) again . Thanks but the house was perfect.
