The beach view was perfect and their were plenty of things in the garage for us to use out there. I reached out to owner about our concerns with the dryer not drying our clothes and the breaker tripping if we used the outside fan. I got a fast response and the owner offered to come to the house and fix it, but we wanted to wait until we left. Our only other complaint was the fact that there was only one wash cloth and towel in the kitchen. This was not sustainable for 12 guests. This is very minor and did not really impact our stay. Other than that our only other thing was the very rude lady that came out to tell us to leave the hot tub. She came out right at 10PM. We were exiting the hot tub and gathering our stuff. None of us were rude at all, but she acted very hateful. This was upsetting and felt very disrespectful for zero reason. This was not the fault of the owner of the house, but should probably be addressed with this woman. Overall this property was beautiful and we had a great time.

Great, spacious home with easy access to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Having the private neighborhood beach on the ICW was so great! We all loved watching the boats go by and it kept kids busy in between beach or pool trips. Comfy beds especially the master bed!! Loved the stay so much!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved being on the water and watching the boats go by all day. The kids loved the pool. The property itself was nice, clean and fit all of us nicely. The check in and check out process was smooth. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time at this townhome. Most listings are less spacious in person than they appear, but this one exceeded our expectations on space. The bunk rooms fit all our kids easily and we loved all the space. The highlight was the ability to go outside and fish or play right on the sandy beach. Everyone we met was really friendly. We loved the kayaks, paddleboard and beach toys. The kitchen and dining space had plenty of room for both families. We no longer have an infant, but the master closet would easily fit a pack and play. The master bathroom was huge. Bring your own beach towels, coffee and condiments. The dryer only really worked on the time setting, not the sensor setting. Check in was a little challenging, but once we got that sorted, we had no issues at all our entire stay and would definitely come back! Lots of dolphins swam by on the intercostal and there was quick access to groceries, restaurants and the beach! Beautiful spot.

Very close to restaurants and shops. The townhouse was an exceptional clean and tastefully decorated. It was a warm and inviting Home.

We loved the location and the layout of the property. We had a great view of the beach and canal from the patio. The neighborhood is clean and well kept and everything was as described. It’s a great place for families. We also loved the fishing.

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our kids (ages ranging from 22-12) had such a great time! Not once did we hear “I’m bored.” When we first arrived the internet was out due to area outage and the kids didn’t even notice with so much else to do! Incredible! Steps from the back patio to the quiet, private beach, the boys enjoyed fishing in the bay, the girls enjoyed laying on the clean beach and we all enjoyed the water! The pool is super close to the townhouse, we made great use of the bikes available riding around the complex and down the bike trails. Plenty of space to spread out inside, so everyone had their privacy. All the amenities you need in the kitchen and out! We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!
