Coastal Heaven - Highland Parks- 4 BR/3.5 BA - 6 Seater Cart Included

We traveled to Santa Rosa beach looking for a mid summer reset and 301 Gulfview Circle did not disappoint. For two families this house was above our needs. One very spacious primary suite and another suite with a bathroom on the main level gave both couples space and privacy. In theory our goal was the beach every day. The golf cart plus bike rental (fun pugs) helped us score parking and even run home when needed. On the days where the beach felt like a lot the pool was a hit. Plenty of space, clean and safe. I appreciated the low key aspect of the pool so the kids could play without worry. We cooked a majority of meals at the house. Which was easy due to the ultra clean kitchen, great cooking pots, pans and utensils and a plenty of serving dishes. The kids loved the bunk beds and occasionally playing musical chairs. We hope to make this an annual trip as both airports are close to this clean, spacious property.

This was our second time staying at Coastal Heaven, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The home is large and clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. It's less than a minute walk to the beautiful community pool and we used the provided golf cart to quickly get to the beach, restaurants and shops! The kids, once again, loved the bunk bed room. We were comfortable and had the best time. We highly recommend this house and will definitely be visiting again!

If you are looking for a lovely home to enjoy with your family, look no further. This home in Blue Mountain Beach is perfect just for that. The house is very spacious and clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. This home is within walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches you will find and a golf cart to get you around if you prefer not to walk. The many shared amenities offered to guest staying there are perfect for the days you want to stay home and chill (fire pit, hot tub, pool and grilling area) Communication with Host and the check in procedures were a breeze. I will definitely be referring this rental to others looking to enjoy vacationing in the 30A area.

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to the beach, and the community pool was a plus. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

Was a beautiful home, just as pictured with so much room for 10 people allowing us to be under the same roof, but not on top of each other. The golf cart made it easier to get around, especially getting to & from the beach. The pool was just as nice & relaxing and in such a peaceful neighborhood. Being able to do laundry while on our stay was also a HUGE plus, making it easier for when we came home. 10/10 would recommend and book again! Just have to remember to bring food seasonings next time.

I recently stayed at Coastal Heaven in Blue Mountain Beach, and it was an incredible experience! The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfect for a large group. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, especially the Master Suite with its luxurious en-suite bath. The location is fantastic—just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and close to the Highland Parks pool. We loved the community pool area, complete with a hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The observation tower offered stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood is charming, with brick-paved streets and easy access to local restaurants and shops. We enjoyed exploring the 30A corridor, with its picturesque towns and outdoor activities. Overall, Coastal Heaven exceeded our expectations, providing a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach getaway!

Everything was wonderful! The house was so clean and well stocked! We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely go back and stay in this house again!

My family and friends spent an amazing week at Coastal Heaven over Easter break. The house is clean and stocked with all of the kitchen amenities you could possibly need. The kids LOVED the bunk bed room, and the adults loved that there are two master suites. Plenty of room for a large group. The pool is just a very short walk from the house. It's beautiful and heated. Easy access to the beautiful beach and walking distance to some restaurants and ice cream. We would definitely book here again for our next visit!

While the house itself had a lot of potential, the management company (Coastal Dreamin) seems to be either uninformed or unresponsive to the issues this property has. We had to email and have them send out someone to spray for bugs (undesirable with small children) and to have the floors cleaned because they were filthy. We found the bathrooms had not been properly cleaned either. They responded quickly to those initial issues however we still found multiple spiders, ants and a roach in the house during the remainder of our stay. The rugs had a lot of dirt and hair under them as well. The sofas and dining chairs had multiple stains and unfortunately the bedroom our baby was sleeping in had AC issues. Despite the thermostat being set on 68 upstairs, his room would get up to 77-80 degrees at night and he would wake up sweating and crying and we’d have to try and squeeze him in with us in the queen bed downstairs. The golf cart parking break also would not work properly on a hill so we had issues parking it at the pool and places we went that weren’t level. The down stairs bedroom furniture was cute but antique so it didn’t function well enough to use and there was no where to hang all our wet towels because the door hook was broken off in 2 of the bathrooms. Overall so much potential in this rental, just didn’t seem to be maintained well. I hate leaving less than stellar reviews but in fairness I did email all these concerns to Coastal Dreamin but they never responded. This was disappointing since they responded within hours during our stay but it’s been over a week now and nothing since we checked out. Next time we will use a different management company. I also submitted this review on their website which they seem to have censored out and not posted. Still zero contact from the property managers since I contacted them about these concerns (with multiple pictures).
