Coastal Getaway With Bikes & NEW Saltwater Pool

Just outside of Downtown near the Legacy Trail, this home is located in a quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes from the Siesta Key Beach. The home stands out with its bright and airy design, brand new saltwater pool in the private backyard, and its breezy living room. The large master bathroom rain shower is perfect to wash off the leftover sand from the beach. You can also spend your evenings grilling out back or playing corn hole in the patio area.

Some days you will not want to leavethe house! The oversized patio area includes a new in ground pool (Heated between October - April), a campfire area, and a grill. The Master bedroom has a king bed and the stunning master bath has an incredible rain shower - perfect after a day at the beach. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the full bath next to it. It's the perfect couples getaway or small family vacation spot!

Please respect the neighborhood quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM

You will have full access to the entire house and the private fenced in back yard. Please note that there is not someone living on property.

Should any issues arise please let us know and our team will do their best to handle them ASAP.

Unfortunately I will not be available on site during your stay. However our team is local and will be able to assist you should any issues arise.

Paradise Cove off of the main road and in a very peaceful quiet neighborhood, yet very close to downtown activities. The NEW legacy trail is one of our favorites. It is a very flat long bike trail reaching nearly 20 miles. The access to this is right around the corner of the house along Tuttle Rd. There is most times electric scooters that can be rented in Pinecraft by Big Olaf's ice cream (About 5 Minutes away)

Pinecraft also has many restaurants including a very popular café called Postal 98 which has great breakfast and coffee. A guide book will also be sent once your booking is confirmed which will include many more local options!

A bus does travel the main road and goes all the way to siesta. Uber and Lyft are also very popular in the area. We also have room for a rental car on property.

1. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 1 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

2. Please refrain from smoking on property! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
