Stayed Sep 25, 2025The location was immaculate upon arrival. The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, there was a group of people in a neighboring house that was very loud into at all hours. This is obviously beyond the control of vacasa, but worth mentioning for anyone preferring a quiet stay.

Stayed Jun 19, 2022This was a great stay for our family. Clean, safe, easy to access. Only issue was the pool wasn’t clean and was closed for half a day. Also needed more towels available. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 30, 2021This condo is excellent. Very clean and well appointed. Main floor is all kitchen and living space with a bathroom and laundry. Upstairs has all four bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. The best part of the place is the balcony overlooking the pool area. We ate every meal outside and you can easily watch your group in the pool from the balcony. The location is perfect as well. Less than a five minute walk to the beach in either direction. A few sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon are available for use at the condo as well which was so handy. Lastly, the West Side Cottages complex is far enough west on 182/Beach Blvd that you feel removed enough from the busier traffic and congestion in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach but it's all still easily accessible. When you factor in location, cleanliness, size, and pool/beach access, there aren't many options in Gulf Shores that can offer a better total package than this property.
