Coastal Chic w Golf Cart, Bikes and Close to Beach

This was our first time staying in Santa Rosa Beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in !! The space was beautiful and offered everything you could need to have an amazing beach vacation… the golf cart, bikes, location to beach, the back screened in patio was such a bonus we had deer camping out during the day right behind us and the kids played ps5 every night on the screened in patio Thank you for everything my family loved our stay !!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was very clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds, making it easy to relax and unwind. A special touch we really appreciated was the treat bag left for our dog by the owners—so thoughtful and welcoming! The location was great—just a short golf cart ride to the public beach, which has convenient parking and restrooms. The beach was a bit crowded during our visit, but that’s to be expected in a popular area. The only downside was that the previous renters hadn't cleaned up after their dog in the backyard, which was disappointing. However, this didn’t overshadow our overall experience. We’d definitely recommend this home to other families—especially those traveling with pets!

Everything was perfect with the exception of the cleanliness of the flooring. Our grandaughter's all had dirty feet after walking around barefooted. Of course I was hysterical when they got on the white couch! The house was seriously amazing and met all our needs. The fenced yard was also awesome. Also convenient to shopping.

The house was so beautiful and very well equipped! It had everything we needed including golf cart and beach chairs. Great neighborhood and close to the beach. The beds were so comfortable. It looked just like the pictures. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with lots of space! Kitchen is perfect! Neighborhood is quiet. Golf cart is very helpful as it’s quite a walk to the beach! Beach access is nice but parking is limited. Stinky’s is an amazing restaurant! Love being close to their coffee and breakfast! Enjoyed being farther away from everything this year on 30A. Owner was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to a car breaking down!

This property was amazing! The house was spotless, the golf cart and bikes were in great shape, and the pool was clean and never crowded! The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The location was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect and the golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach super easy. Home was well stocked with essentials. Very spacious, would be perfect for a large family or group. Rebecca was helpful and quick to respond. We would stay here again in the future

House is beautiful and very clean. Room for large family to spread out. Loved the screened in porch. Easy short bike or golf cart ride to beach access. First time to Santa Rosa beach area and we will definitely return!
