Coastal charmer with screened-in porch, grill, & AC

Beautiful property. Saw seals from living room catching fish. Front door did not lock but it’s a safe neighborhood but a bit isolated. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Laundry facilities were a great help! Gorgeous views of the water and excellent service and communication.

The house was very nice.

It was clean, updated, and had helpful amenities. It was relaxed, comfortable, and well-built. The owners appeared to have the best interest in our having a comfortable and positive stay.The lock for the main entrance was a little bit tricky but having the actual key available was very helpful. Also, I was concerned that the barbecue grill was in the enclosed porch. We moved it down the stairs and outside to grill. I think you could clarify the best and safest way to use the grill.

Lovely stay in Boothbay Harbor! The house is charming and cozy and beautiful. Loved the location too! Short walk to a footbridge that takes you into town. Truly excellent visit.

Loved the location, walkable to everywhere, local lobster market near by, purchased lobster and cooked ourselves one evening. Loved the screened in porch and short walk to the footbridge. Boothbay was as we hoped for. Enough to do and relaxing at the same time. Locals were friendly and helpful!!

Lovely home, newly renovated and great location. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, bathroom showers were lovely rain showers.We had issues at all with home but very disappointed in our dealings with Vacasa, the property management company.

Well laid out, cozy, amenities galore, charming porch, modern touches, clean, terrific kitchen - 5 stars - everything we needed plus good beds!

The cottage was great. Newly remodeled, clean, comfortable, and the bed/bedroom configuration suited our group. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken and they were unable to fix it during our stay. Dirty dishes from the previous guests remained inside and, despite several requests, no one came to clean them.

This was a perfect sized cottage for a group of 6 adults and 1 child with very comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for all needs—sleep, visiting, meals. The patio was amazing for morning coffees. Everything was perfect, especially with Downtown and the harbor a sort 5 min walk down the hill.
