Coastal Charm has all the island charm you could desire in your next Sanibel getaway! Located in the desirable Shell Harbour neighborhood with deeded beach access and boat dock and canal access right in your backyard! The home boasts 3 bedroom plus a den and 3 bathrooms with a comfortable, open living area with enough space for your whole family to enjoy! It's been completely renovated and updated with tasteful finishes and tropical decor throughout and the large screened lanai and pool areais the perfect place to relax and unwind. Welcome to paradise!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 1 pull-out futon (sleeps 7), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, private pool in enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, boat dock (Available for use May-November ONLY). No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

**The homeowner stores his personal boat on the dock at the house from December - April and will require access to the boat a few times a month. All confirmed bookings must allow the owner access to backyard as needed.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 7 people.
