• Second sleeping area has a trundle bed with two twins. Please note you must pass through the second sleeping area to access the primary bedroom.
• There is a curtain for privacy between the primary bedroom and second sleeping area.
• Third bedroom features a queen-sized bed with coastal charm
• Second bathroom is off the hallway and has a combination shower/tub.
• Washer and dryer for guest use
• There is a large garage available for guests with parking for 2 vehicles.
• BBQ for guest use also in the garage

This rental is only accessible by stairs, 1 flight to the main living level.
No Smoking and No Pets. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the top of spiral staircase or rooftop areas of the property.

Please note the garage is shared with the retail shop downstairs and the shop owners do move items in and out of the garage from time to time. They only have access to the garage and no other areas of the property and should not cause any disruption to your stay.

    The flat was great! Super clean, well-stocked with appliances, kitchen ware, etc. The best part was the view-beautiful ocean views, sunsets, surfers. There's a wonderful window seat by the front window where you can sit and watch all the activity on the beach. The other furniture in the living room was also comfortable as were the beds. The showers had sufficient pressure, the washer- dryer was a welcome bonus. Some issues with the thermostat-couldnt get the temperature to stay at a comfortable level. But we survived!Large bedroom has no windows which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. The adjacent small bedroom does have a window so that helped. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay. Can't beat the location. Only a few minutes drive to Morro Bay.

    The view, the living room and kitchen were fantastic. In my opinion some opportunities exist to make this place 5 star. First, the outside balcony was a bit dirty. Besides bird droppings on the balcony counter top, the balcony floor had a lot of sand on it. The master bathroom shower door does not close properly and the front door window covering does not close. I really enjoyed the communication leading up to the stay as well as a reminder the day of checkout. Thank you so much for a great experience in a town we love.

    We thoroughly enjoyed the view from this property! The view cannot be beat. It was fun seeing dolphins, seabirds, kids playing on the swingsets on the beach and fishermen on the pier. I wasn't prepared for all the trucks (trash and delivery) that came every day. But that was minor compared to the great location and view. The bedrooms are funky - that is, you have to walk through a sleeping area to get to the main bedroom. The second bedroom did not have a closet. Overall, the kitchen, dining and front room get an A. The bedrooms get a B. The main bed was comfortable, the second bedroom bed was just ok. The property was clean and use of the garage was a big plus.

    You wont find a better location or view!!Very clean. Easy check in. Big garage for easy parking.Beautiful view of the pier. Be sure to pay attn to the layout. Only way to access master bdrm is thru back bthrm & 2nd bdrm. No door between the bthrm & 2nd bdrm-makes using that bthrm challenging after people in 2nd bdrm have gone to sleep. Also no door separating master bdrm from 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom does NOT have any windows. Its very stuffy back there even with the ceiling fan. Such a bummer to be sleeping at the beach and not be able to have fresh, cool air. There is a window in the second bedroom however it was non functioning and had tape on it saying it was broken and not to open. On our 2nd day there we came home and the window had completely fallen off. It was rusted all around. Thankfully the window fell out and not in bc the glass broke in shards, not safety glass crumble. We called immediately and their handmany came over and boarded it up. We asked to leave it partially open for the fresh air and were told no bc of safety. Pretty sure having it borded up with no other way out makes it a safety issue. cust svc goes a very long way. Bc of the location, you pay a premium price. To have a big safety issue and inconvenience with the shattered window, they offered no compensation. I can understand not reimbursing anything but a gift card to a local business or sending over a thanks for your understanding gift would have spoke volumes.

    Cayucos is such a cool small town with a very chill vibe. We loved it and can't wait to go back. This condo is right on the beach and walkable to everything from coffee shops and restaurants to antique and surf shops. The old pier was so cool and there is great hiking not far away in Estero Bluffs. If anything about the condo, a lot of light comes in through the windows in the morning with the exception of the far back bedroom. Other than that, it is great and in a PRIME location.

    We loved it! It was better than the pictures. The surf shops are on each side of the home and the beach is right across the street. We hiked, surfed, strolled along the beach, enjoyed wonderful restaurants, saw elephant seals and sea otters. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!!

    I did not realize we would be right on the beach. The view alone from this home is 200% amazing. The beds are comfortable. Everything was perfect. And the house is sandwiched between two. Amazing restaurants on either end of the block. It couldn’t be better.
