The condo was beautiful ! Decorated just stunningly and so spacious !

We enjoyed our visit in this unit. Best furnished and cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The host certainly supplied of everything we might need. We appreciated the ability to bring our pets as well. We hope to return again.

Great location with comfortable walk to beach. Pet-friendly. Host was personally responsive to issues during check-in and after.

The place was good, except a few things. We celebrated Thanksgiving and struggled with the cookware to actually make food. For instance, there wasn’t any measuring cups, pots were scarce, and only one rusty cookie sheet. The bathrooms desperately need a complete overhaul- not just another coat of paint. These are all things needing attention, but the host seems to pay attention to other details well. We appreciated having soap starters, trash bags, starter paper towels, etc. Overall, it was adequate.

Coastal charm was an accurate name for this property. My family had ample room for play, watching TV. assembling a puzzle, etc. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom had its own bath. Quick jaunt to the beach and a short ride to multiple restaurant options made this a winner.

Wonderful host! Very organized with information, extremely responsive and helpful. Great place to stay! Very thoughtful in providing things you’ll need while staying at the property ( dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) Great location for beach- activities for families. We had a wonderful time.

This property definitely met our expectations and was the perfect spot for me, my wife, three teenage girls, and dog to enjoy our stay at beach! Patricia was an excellent and friendly host!

Overall good. Lots of space to move around. Kitchen supplies were adequate but an odd mixture of different plates, cups, and utensils. It was quiet. We never used the pool which was unusual for us. Parking was close, but no shade in the parking areas. You can use the dunes buggy to get to the beach, but we were successful at finding parking at the Dunes House each day for beach access...but you need to get there early.

The property had everything that we needed to make our stay eith a family of four comfortable.

Property was just as described online. Very comfortable for our family of 5 plus dog. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We loved the convenience of the location and walkability. The beach was very close as well. Overall, a great stay with some minor things to note… the blue chairs are a bit tired, and some of the sinks had trouble draining.

First time to HIlton Head. Very convenient to the beach and local restaurants.

My wife and I live on HHI in Sea Pines and rented the villa for our adult children and their spouses. The PD location is fantastic as it is very central to everything on the island that you want to do. No complaints, other than Google Maps directions leave a little to be desired and the signage in Queens Grant is a bit difficult to find/follow. Despite the rainy weather on the weekend we were there, the villa was comfortable and we managed to get some beach time and bike rides in. Thank you!
