The property was great and very clean. We fished off the pier and caught some crabs with the provided trap. Local food was great. There was a grill that we used for BBQ. Overall great experience and would rent again!

This house is the perfect home for a family getaway! The home is beautiful, very relaxing with an amazing dock to fish on! Tommy was attentive and gave solid recommendations for nearby places to eat. This home is beautiful and exactly as shown on VRBO. The location was perfect for access to the Matagorda Harbor. We were going on a guided fishing trip during our stay, but unfortunately my husband became very ill. Our friends and I made the most of the weekend even though things didn’t go as planned. We will be rescheduling our trip and will definitely stay in this house again. Loved it so much!!

This house is probably the best house my family and I have stayed at in a long time and everything you need plus more is provided! The beds were so comfortable and the A/C was the greatest thing as we were in a heat advisory during our stay and kept the house cold the entire time when we needed to get cooled down and head back out out to fish and crab. So many fish of all different species were caught too. My family really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would go back again for another stay!

This will be the place I always stay when visiting Matagorda. Large, spacious and super clean. The kids loved the bunkbeds! Adults loved the king bedroom as well as the queen. There were more amenities than what can possibly be listed, a lot more than what most places provide. The outdoor area is the best! Very large screened in area, lighted pier, large grill and even crab traps. The traps provided hours and hours of fun for the kids as well as dinner. I will be staying here again.

The house was exactly what we were looking for and the communication with the host was amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Despite being a few days out from a devastating hurricane this place was super clean and perfect in every way. This is the perfect place for families. The living spaces are all huge, very large screened in area that could easily and comfortably fit 25+ people. Host provided everything you could possibly need and more. Pier and dock are great, with fish cleaning table and lighting. Communication with host was great and they are super sweet. I will recommend this place to everyone!
