The House:

Our villa is designed with your relaxation in mind. The spacious living area is tastefully decorated with a comfortable coastal theme, featuring plush sofas and a large flat-screen TV for those cozy movie nights. The large and open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to whip up a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the private patio, where you can dine while soaking up the warm sunshine.

The villa boasts two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master suite features a king-sized bed with twin Trundle, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom offers one queen bed and 2 twin XL bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality linens and ample storage space to make you feel right at home. There are also two well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

Step outside, and you'll find a peaceful patio complete with a nice seating area and a grill. Just a short walk away is one of five pools in the complex, where you'll find lounge chairs and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing by the water with a good book or simply basking in the sun while the kids play.

PETS:
DOGS ONLY! are allowed in property at an additional fee of $200.00 (non-refundable). They must be identified at time of booking and that fee will be added to your account before your arrival.
NO MORE THAN 2 ALLOWED

If we discover that other animals, such as cats, were in the property, a damage claim up to $200.00 could be added.

* Bath Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Master Bedroom, and 1 set for each bed in guest Room. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day.
