Stayed Jul 19, 2024We had a wonderful stay at Wilmington terrace! The location is great with just a short walk to the beach. I was pleased by the selection of cookware provided. Rooms were very clean. I cannot express enough how kind and accommodating Elena is! She was helpful, pleasant and had great dinner recommendations! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 3, 2020This property is in a great location. 12th St just a block and a half from the ocean. Elena and Sammy manage it. They are very easy to communicate with. The property has recently been totally updated - all 7 units. We had 2 bedrooms with 2 doubles and one twin each. There also is a pullout couch we didn't use. I would stay here again definitely. Very friendly hosts. Thanks to Elena and Sammy.
