Stayed Aug 8, 2025We had a very good stay. Clean rooms, close to the beach. The host, she was so nice and made sure our cars had proper parking. I would recommend this place. To anyone. It is also pet friendly, so I didn't have to leave my dog.Thank you Wilmington for a great stay!

Stayed Aug 11, 2024The apartment was perfect with plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and very clean. The porch was nice to sit on. The host even offered sand toys and stayed in constant contact with us. The boardwalk was a short walk away - very convenient location to everything without having to move our car. We felt very comfortable staying here and will return to this property for future uses.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023Overall it was a nice vacation. There was little things that didnt work in the apartment like the coffee pot didnt keep the coffee hot, the oven didnt work good, no tv's in the bedrooms, the air conditioner in the one bedroom didnt work, no channels worked on the only tv. We went and bought a a roku. For as much as i spent on the place, things should have worked.
