Stayed Jun 19, 2025I rated this property an overall 2. I had a house full of kids, teenagers, and adults. The Wi-Fi didn't work during our entire stay. We were not able to watch the smart TVs, do any work on our laptops, or play video games. This was one of the worst vacations that I have ever experienced. I placed several calls to the office and they continued to lie and say that they were working on the problem. One of the ladies told me that they would contact the property manager and have her to call me back about my concerns and as of today, I haven't received a phone call yet. After we checked out the property, I called and asked if I would be receiving any type of refund for the inconvenience and the stress of having to entertain kids and adults without Wi-Fi. You would expect that in the wilderness, but not in the city. I have been on vacations to Broken Bow, OK in the cabins and there was Wi-Fi there. Overall, the communication skills with the owners (property manager) were poor, they were inattentive to our concerns, the house had spiders and bugs inside, but I will say that the house did have an adequate amount of space for 15 people.
