Coastal 4BR Getaway | Pool, Bikes, Sleeps 12

The property is in a fantastic location! We had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the incredibly easy check in process. The communication was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the house felt like it had the right amount of space for our family. The only thing I’d like to see is a cleaner couch (lots of stains) and there was a slight smell to the house. I’m not sure if it was smoke or mildew, but it’s definitely noticeable. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would recommend.

Stayed at this property for my bachelorette weekend! The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly located steps away from the community pool. Communication with property managers was wonderful and helpful. House was tidy and clean! Would absolutely stay again!

Overall nice time and a great location. Close to the beach (10min walk). The pool this condo has access to is not heated so don't expect it to be warm unless its summer. The ocean was warmer than the pool when we stayed here at the end of March. The grill was rough and only one side worked. The location is close to the main peddlers area where there is a lot to do so that was nice.

This property does not get much better for your stay. Stayed here for 8 nights in Sept, and this home met and exceeded our expectations. This home is right across the street from the Lagoon Pool in Seacrest Beach, and only a short 3 min walk to the beach. It is also located right next to a tram pickup location, D1. It also is one block from Seacrest plaza with bike rentals, food/ice-cream, and more. So this home has LOCATION! The home is very spacious and CLEAN!! I only had 5 individuals in my party, but this home could easily fit 10. Lots of fun beach gear, and a private shower outside to get the sand off. Anything and everything with cookware, and dish ware. Beds are VERY COMFY. Really enjoyed the stay and we are going to make this our permanent 30A house going forward.

My family of 5 had a great stay here. The home has everything you need to cook easily, extras of everything, and anything you need for the beach. The pool is across the street, beach is an easy walk or short tram ride away. The pack and play and other kids equipment as well as beach supplies made the stay even easier. If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location.

The location was very good, close to the pools, shopping and the beach. Property manager was very responsive and the home was clean, the 2 king beds were very comfortable. A couple things that kept us from giving a 5 star review was when we first entered the home the smoking smell was strong, so whoever was in there before us definitely was smoking in the home, my wife and I are both real estate agents and show a ton of homes so we know it when we smell it. The other needed attention is for sitting, the house has room for 10 plus people but the main living area only has a small couch and 2 chairs, room for 4 maybe 5 people, suggest a large sectional, so you have to sit on the large kitchen table benches, that table takes up a significant space. Also you need 4 chairs on the front porch, not 2 and a dresser in the main bedroom is needed as there is no place for cloths except the closet, so the furniture aspect was a little sparse. But overall I would recommend staying here, its a great house and area. Don't mean to sound picky just trying to give constructive suggestions, that we would do if we owned it. Also one thing the community needs to find a way to resolve is the fact that these rental chair companies are taking over the beach, they are putting up chairs and umbrellas across the entire beach and most of those don't even get rented, we have been coming down for years and it getting worse and worse, they should only be allowed to put them up as they are rented.

The property was in a perfect location. Just a short walk to beach and seconds from the pool. The owners were wonderful in communicating with me. My family and I will definitely be back.
