The “Big House” is perfect for our large family and the” Carriage House “ is wonderful for the overflow. There are usually 16 of us and everyone is comfortable and well accommodated.The rental is always clean, well equipped, ready on time, and is perfectly located near the beach . It is exactly as advertised or better. We cook in every day and night and really don’t have to bring anything. The rental is so well equipped we could live here year round.The highlight is the fabulous customer service. When it says “a phone call or text away “ that is the truth! This year was an unusual and very special vacation for our family .I can not tell you how kind and caring the managers and staff were to us .I would , and always have, recommended this vacation rental to friends and family.

We loved the house and location but were a little disappointed in how many people had discovered this little village in our absence. We had a great time, the house and beach were beautiful, and the bike rental was a hit with everyone. We love the village green and shops and highly recommend Lake Powell Pizza!

Karen was so nice on the phone and let us book the guest house only given the circumstances. The guest house was extremely clean and comfortable and my kids loved the little pool. The location is great - 2 minute walk to the beach walkover and an easy walk to the little retail area where we enjoyed the restaurants, general store, and bottle shop. If we had stayed longer we would have rented bikes. We had one small issue with the cable, and Rachel fixed it for us quickly the next day. Carillon was very peaceful and quiet - just what we needed.

More than enough room for our family/group, it has a fully stocked kitchen, the house was very clean and close to the beach. The pool was an added bonus. The beach was amazing, clear water and gorgeous sunsets. The entire team at Carillon Beach Rentals was great to work with and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year!

The house is fully stocked and it was in pristine condition. The best part is that it is an approx 2 min walk to the closest beach access.

Great house! Very close to the beach walkover and to the pool. Grandchildren loved the pool at the house too. Hope to be back.

Coast is Clear main + guest house was the perfect duo to accommodate our large family. The management company was fantastic to work with and very responsive to any need or question we had. There were 15 of us of all ages and the house was good for all. Karen is particularly great to work with. Always available and very friendly. The beach was very close and so we’re all amenities plus entertainment venues. Definitely would recommend it to others.
