Coast Is Clear Gulf Front 7 Bedroom 7.5 Bath Beach house with private Pool By Prickett Properties

Coast is Clear was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. The pool and the dune walkover made the stay exceptional. Although we had no problems or questions during the stay, Prickett Properties staff were always prompt and responsive throughout the entire process.

We love Coast is Clear and the great location! It's like having a private beach. The house is very nice. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The view is unbeatable!

I would have given 5 stars but the attention to detail was lacking. The house was great, the bedrooms were awesome and it was so roomy. But the handle on the extra refrigerator freezer was broken off, the door frames, stairs and base boards needed cleaning. There were several light bulbs burned out and the batteries in the remotes needed changing. The drain in the upstairs bathroom to the left had a very slow drain. More towels would be great too.

We loved the house. It was very accommodating. And the view was amazing.

Great property. The grill access was absolutely AWEFUL for a 23k visit.

This beach home rental was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival there was a large bucket of dirty water sitting in the dining area along with a dehumidifier that had never been removed. The floors were filthy with leftover food debris. Bunkbeds in one of the rooms were extremely unstable. Pickett offered to send the cleaning crew back out but we chose to clean ourselves. As for the home itself it has not been maintained by the owners. Furniture was absolutely filthy and very worn with cushions covered in stains. There was an abundance of broken floor planks throughout the home. Cosmetic repairs were significantly needed throughout the home… paint bubbling on walls, outside deck entry door missing LOTS of paint. Unfortunately we will NOT do a repeat rental of this property.

Overall the house was nice and met our needs. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was wonderful for each family. The driveway is way too narrow and not so noticeable from the main street. Parking and turning around can be a challenge with multiple cars. The beach was not as nice as we had hoped due to the abundance amount of seaweed that had washed up. Seemed like the beach needed to be graded and the seaweed removed.

We had 14 people with our group. Property was as described. The only reason I took off a star was there were definite upkeep issues that needed to be addressed during our stay Or should be resolved after. We had to call in malfunctioning outlets, a tv, and a coffee maker. Those were all addressed quickly and we were thankful. We also noticed loose floor tiles and paint that looked water damaged. Hopefully those are fixed after our stay. Be aware that the grill in the listing is very small for a house this size (maybe 4-6 burgers at best). Overall the location is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. We all had a fun and relaxing time, so the minor issues did not impact our overall experience.

We had a large group, with a handful of kids - as young as 6 - all the way up to grandparents. The seclusion of the house allowed privacy for our group. The pool is small - so more for kids than adults - but it’s safe for kids and within easy view from the kitchen/living area. So it’s a great place for the kids to burn off some energy while parents can relax within sight. We really enjoyed our stay!

This house is a gem! Perfect setup for our family. Near restaurants and stores to make running errands very easy and the house itself was amazing! Beautiful views and a gorgeous layout inside. We slept better on the beds than we do at home. I would definitely rent this property again and thank you to our hosts for making everything so easy!
