Coal Creek In-town Retreat! 3BR/3 Full BAs - SLPS 8 - 2 blocks to Elk Ave!

This was our third time staying at this awesome house in crested Butte. Will stay there again! It really has everything you need and every need would be met if you needed anything super responsive house!

This property was clean well decorated with nice linens and towels. We cooked in 3 dinner meals and made lunches for hikes and whitewater rafting. Kitchen was stocked with spices and tea and paper products! We were traveling with our adult daughter and two grandchildren. This property was a great find, for us! We will be back! The property manger was close and very helpful!

We were in town for a family wedding and this property was a great find. The location made it possible to walk to town very easily. The house was perfect for 8 adults, with a large living room and kitchen area. It is nicely furnished and very clean. The yard is perfect for relaxing and visiting with family. We plan to return to the area and will definitely try to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Crested Butte. Jeanine (the owner) was incredibly helpful with check-in, check-out and she even recommended some great spots for our 6-year-old daughter to play in the creek nearby (we loved the Oh-Be-Joyful campground area!). The house was probably the most well-stocked rental house we've ever stayed in (towels, laundry detergent, all the spices you could need, extra toothpaste, etc.). The house was an easy 2-block walk to Elk Street and everywhere in town was close by. Our daughter brought her scooter from home and she happily scooted into town a few times a day with us. The property manager Ted lives next door, too, and he was available for anything we could have needed. We even threw the ball with his sweet dog at night. A perfect place if you're looking for a Crested Butte home base. We would love to return here. Thanks!

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home which is extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful to enjoy all of the downtown restaurants and unique and creative shops Crested Butte has to offer. We had great campfires under the stars after returning in the evenings and our Fall weekend trip was filled with amazing colors and memories. We are making plans to return for a longer stay in the future! Thank you also to Ted the property manager and his sweet dog Lucy who was up to a great game of fetch the ball with our grandson. We loved our stay at this darling house! It was perfectly appointed, had comfortable beds and sheets, plush towels and a well appointed kitchen. Located on a peaceful street and walking distance to Elk. The hosts and property manager were available for anything that came up. I can’t recommend this home enough. We will definitely be back.

We were honored to be in to celebrate the surprise proposal for my daughter and so grateful I found this listing. The two main bedrooms on entry level was perfect for grandparents. The living area so perfect plenty of seating for all to gather in comfort and the kitchen had every accessory we needed and more. Beautiful location so scenic and close to all we wanted or needed. Definitely will revisit when family is in to visit.

House was beautiful & comfortable for 2 couples. Had everything we needed. Close to shopping & restaurants. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

From the minute we walked in the front door, we felt like we were at home. The furnishings and views of the outdoors were so colorful and comfortable. After 2 weeks of hotels we were ready for this. The kitchen was functional and well equipped. We enjoyed the decks and the fire pit. The babbling creek and the aspen trees were also a nice wilderness touch. We’ll try hard for a return visit

House was tucked away in back of very cute and cozy restaurant and retail strip. Everything was sto ked very well with everything we needed. Property manager was kind and quick to answer any questions. We would recommend this property.

This home was a wonderful place for a family get together with our adult children. We loved the close proximity to great hiking and biking trails, and to Elk Ave for the Sunday Farmer’s Market and lots of good restaurant options. The home itself was perfect for making memories we will treasure! We enjoyed a night around the fire pit, and card games and a couple of home cooked meals at the spaciously sized dining table. The house is as described, top notch in cleanliness, comfort, and availability of anything you might need during your stay. Kudos to the homeowners for creating an exceptionally welcoming space!

We had a lovely stay - our family hiked over and Ted (property manager) and Jim and Jeanine were extremely accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The house is located at the base of Kebler (but the traffic was minimal) and the stream flowing in the backyard was a nice bonus! We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space very much! We hope to come back soon!

We spent nearly a week with my family, including grandparents and our four-year-old. This house was the perfect place for a family to come together. The communication from the hosts was excellent and ongoing when needed. The amenities are wonderful with high-quality kitchen For those who like to cook. The location is so perfect and we completely enjoyed staying there. We all agree, we will come back again to this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home just blocks from Elk street on the edge of town. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware that one would need to prepare a meal. I appreciated the Nespresso machine for a quick espresso in the morning. We appreciated having the manager next door to answer any questions of make recommendations. Ted was very helpful. The communication was very good. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to come back next year to enjoy the Aspens in the fall.

Coal creek retreat was a great place to stay in town. Easy walks to Elk Ave. Quick access to several hiking trails. The owners, Jeanine and Jim were super responsive and recommended great activities for our young family.

The property was wonderful and the hosts were super. Our family loved the amenities and the comforts that the property provided. The accoutrements were top notch, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with quality equipment and the steam shower in the master bath opened my eyes to how great life can be. The property manager was very friendly, helpful and gracious and all the neighbors were very friendly, We really enjoyed the opportunity to be on the property!
