The Space:

The casita sleeps 2 guests in one queen Murphy bed with quality linens. You'll find one full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in glass shower. The full kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, stone counters, cookware, and dishware. Dine at the island on high-top stools or take your coffee to the covered patio. The living area has a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV with streaming. A dedicated workspace with WiFi keeps remote workers connected. Washer and dryer are in-unit. The gated New Vineyards resort offers two community pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, BBQ areas, a communal firepit, clubhouse, and fitness room. Garage and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Dogs welcome with restrictions: maximum 2 dogs, 40 lbs or under. ☀️ Summer days are made for lounging poolside and exploring the desert landscape. ❄️ Winter visitors enjoy mild temps for hiking nearby mountain trails and riding the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.



Guest Access:

A QR code will be issued to the guest financially responsible for the reservation for scanning when entering and exiting the gated complex. Please provide your email address and phone number to receive the QR code. Parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and driveway. For HOA security purposes, provide your vehicle make, model, year, color, and license plate number to guest services before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The casita is 10 minutes from downtown Coachella with shopping and dining options. Drive 35 to 40 minutes west to reach downtown Palm Springs and the chic El Paseo shopping district, known as the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, lined with designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale restaurants. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is nearby for mountain access. Multiple golf courses are within a short drive, set against desert mountain backdrops. Hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails surround the area. The region's famous hot springs and spas are easily accessible.



Getting Around:

The property is located in Coachella, accessible via Interstate 10. Downtown Coachella is a 10-minute drive. Downtown Palm Springs is 35 to 40 minutes west on I-10 and Highway 111. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and mountain trailheads are within a 40-minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

• Pets: Dogs welcome! Maximum 2 dogs, 40 lbs or under. Flat pet fee of $150 due after booking. Contact Customer Care to add to your reservation. Cats are not allowed. Please pick up after your pet to avoid fines.

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 2 cars maximum in garage and driveway

• Provide vehicle information to guest services before arrival: make, model, year, color, and license plate number (required by HOA for security)

• Street parking is not permitted on the 15th of each month due to street sweeping. Keep all vehicles in the garage or driveway.

• No parties or loud music

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep all noise contained during these hours out of respect for full-time residents.

• Fireplace is not available for guest use

    Couldn't access the property (front door handle broken). They had to call a lock smith. Once inside the property there was no hot water. Property communicated to unplug the water heater and then turn on all water faucets. That will give you hot water for a short period and than NO HOT WATER! Missing window coverings and bed is uncomfortable. They will tell you they are sorry about the inconvenience with a refund that will never show up and they will blame your bank. I would NEVER stay with Casita 44463 or any of their properties!
