Amazing outdoor area, very clean. It was great with kids. Highly recommend.

Great house for big group! Everything was clean and communicating with host was super easy. We couldn't figure out the pool lights and spa jets but may have been user error. Other than that can't think of anything wrong with place. Sono's system was a hit and extra blow-up mattresses came in handy as well as all the extra refrigeration. Also made use of the EV Charger in garage

We checked in from July 3rd-5th 2025. The house had not been cleaned from the previous guest's. We were ready to leave, but because of the coordination of our family vacation/birthday celebrations, we decided to stay and clean the property ourselves. Stephanie did return our call and was very apologetic. The microwave did not work. Only one outlet in the kitchen worked. There are two washers and two dryers, and one of the washers dispenser drawer kept opening, which,would cause the washer to stop and not complete the cycle. The whole house needs a deep clean and update. Cloth furniture was stained and the house smelled musty. Bathrooms had previous guests hair on the floors, toilet and showers needed a good scrubbing. Also there was urin smells in most bathrooms. We also cleaned the outdoor areaWe spent our first check in day cleaning. Stephanie did offer to move us to a different rental, for one night, and refund us for the first night. My family was okay with the refund, but thoug what if it the next rental is not clean like the rental we were already in?There were flies and dead flies in the kitchenThere isn't a screen door on the sliding glass door(which had not been cleaned in some time).The home is great for family gatherings, but the cleaning team is not doing the job that they are being paid to do.I'm not sure how often the property owners or property management company inspect this home, but it needs an onsite inspection asap.

we stayed here for a work offsite meeting and the location and amenities were perfect. plenty of spacious rooms, large very well stocked kitchen to prepare all our meals, and the outdoor space was so much fun. we enjoyed the pool and hot tube, patio space, outdoor grill, and played tons of pickleball!! (we had to buy new balls and a few of the racquets are in tough shape, in case you are a serious player, bring your own equipment).

The backyard is amazing. There is something for every age to enjoy.

The property was fantastic for our group of 7. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The house had everything one needed. For example pool towels, games, laundry supplies, even Keurig Coffee pods. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

The house was very clean and well stocked for our family of 12. The home is located pretty far from any walkable areas, restaurants, Joshua Tree, etc. and a car is absolutely necessary. We were happy to find a Tesla charger, and an extra refrigerator in the garage was great for all our drinks and food. We'd requested the pool be heated and there were some issues with the system so we did not have it heated the whole time. We were unable to heat both the hot tub and pool at the same time, so with the cold December nights, both got cold very fast, and obviously the pool took forever to heat up. This was disappointing. To be fully transparent, the house is pretty well worn, with pool tiles coming off, the coating on the pool came off on our feet, and the furniture and rugs could use a cleaning. There was not a bedroom with a King and Twin as advertised, but a trundle in the bunk room. Thankfully our father could not come with us at the last minute, otherwise we would have had an issue with sleeping everyone in a bed comfortably. We were 10 adults & 2 teens. The kids did enjoy the putting green and corn hole game provided. Next time, we'd rent something closer to town.

We chose this home because it looked exceptional. It turned out to be very underwhelming. First of all it was not cleaned properly. The window sills were filthy, the blinds were very dusty and the master bedroom floor was dirty. On top of that the blinds in the master bedroom were broken and non-functional. All in all the house is worn and needs some TLC. The house had no cable TV, the sonos sound system had many speakers around the property but only one worked, etc. Working with the property manager proved to be frustrating. I would not recommend this property. For the cost we were very disappointed.
