Stayed Nov 27, 2024This is a wonderful little Sam Hughes casita with historic Tucson charm. The host is cheerful and helpful and the place is thoughtfully decorated and supplied with essentials. An added bonus is the short distance to Floras Market Run, Himmel Park and the incomparable Tumerico. Highly enjoyable for a short or longer stay.

Stayed Dec 19, 2025Perfect casita. Very clean. Perfectly appointed. Convenient location. Quiet area in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. Perfect for one , a couple with fur baby or child. There is also a sofa-couch. Its southwestern charm is perfectly set. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable and felt at home.

Stayed Dec 5, 2024Classic older home well switched up into 2 casitas. Owner kept old fixtures, flooring, and windows while modernizing for upscale comfort. The perfecct mix for us. We did not expect a casita with the old neighborhood feel present. What a sweet surprise. Tea on the SE facing front porch was a great way to pretend we lived there, as locals walked dogs, jogged, strolled or biked by.
