Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a wonderful stay at White Sands! First, the entire booking process was very easy and convenient. The owners are friendly, professional, and accommodating! Second, the location for this place is absolutely perfect. It is near several restaurants, shops, and different beaches. We were able to do a variety of different things during the weekend that were all within 10-20 minutes of driving or walking. It is quiet and peaceful, but there is a train that comes during the night. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and updated. Anyone who is wary of germs, this place will give you peace of mind! However, there were some negatives. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time, even after following the directions of restarting, unplugging, etc. It is likely the Wi-Fi is way too weak for the location, and cheap. This definitely needs to be updated and increased for guest satisfaction. Another negative was that the house is way too hot and quiet for people who need some type of white noise during sleep. There are no fans anywhere except for a large ceiling fan in the main area. Highly suggest putting small fans in each room for guests. Overall, would stay here again without hesitation! Or any property owned by these people! We were able to make memories as a group and have fun together. Anytime we go back to new Buffalo with a big group, I will definitely reach out to them again. We’ve been renting from Aqua vacations for over a decade (really???0 and have never been disappointed. This summer was no different. Huge yard, porch with rocking chairs for reading, and a loft area well appointed for teenagers.

This house fit the bill for two families (with 4 young kids combined) getting to the beach for a long weekend. Easy walk to coffee, ice cream, restaurants in UP and 5-10 min walk to the beach. House is as advertised. Clean and nice and well stocked with games and beach toys/chairs/towels. Also well stocked with kitchen equipment if you want to cook. My only knock is that when you’re paying $600+/night to stay somewhere you shouldn’t have to run dishes and laundry and take out trash when you leave (not suggesting you can trash the place either). Especially when it’s clearly not someone’s home you’re staying in, just a rental business property..

This was our 1st time back to Michigan in 3-years. We love this rental. It's perfect in so many ways. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We had a lot of fun, family memories.
