Stayed May 22, 2025Fantastic location. The house was clean and cozy. We had a few hiccups here and there but the property manager was always available and quick to respond. My guests and I loved the house and felt comfortable. We will definitely return.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024First time family to Tahoe. Location of home is perfect. Not far from everything. Home is beautiful. Spacious, wife and kids loved it. Even had a chance to see a bear walk right across the driveway! Scary! We were able to check in a few hours before, so that was awesome. Got to check out an hour later. So that helped with not having to rush. My family and I would stay here again!

Stayed Feb 17, 2024This home was amazing. We all truly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous home for 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked and lots of seating for our whole family. We loved the heated floors throughout, all the upgrades and the fireplace. The location was perfect, close to Heavenly Village and Pioneer Trail, gave us easy access. They even had sleds in the garage for the kids. There was great hills behind the home to sled on also, we did not need to go else where. All the beds upstairs were very comfy, the only bed that was not comfortable was the down stairs full bed off the family room. I would definitely rent this home again and refer to friends. The host also was wonderful, she helped with many questions I had. Thank you !!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Place was very clean and welcoming. Driveway and floors are heated and love that it’s in a cul de sac. The pots and pans definitely needed an upgrade. Other than that we loved our stay even though we had toCut it short dt weather.

Stayed Jan 11, 2024My 3 sons, their SO and I stayed in this home, it felt spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoy everything about this home, the games, the warmth and specially the snow falling views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room … Over all we had a great experience at this home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at this cabin for a snowboarding trip with the kiddos and friends. It was the perfect amount of space for the 8 of us who went. It kept us warm all night which was nice because I am always cold!! While I would definitely stay here again, there is some improvements that can be made. For a house that is for 10 guests, the hot water runs out fast. After a long day of snowboarding, 3 guests showered with really cold water. Also, if you use the hot tub in the main bedroom, you will definitely leave no hot water for anyone else. So this is something to keep in mind in the winter months. The beds were also not comfortable. This may be just a preference but they were extremely soft and we found ourselves tossing and turning all night. The bunk beds are also on the first floor which made me a little uneasy leaving the kids downstairs all by themselves. Again, this is just my preference. Others may find leaving the kids downstairs is better since they can make noise and not bother anyone else. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you plan to cook all your meals here like we did, bring all your seasonings. There is only cooking oil in the cabin. They provided one roll of napkins so bring extra if you think you will need it. There is also no hand soap and the dish soap for some reason doesn't lather at all. There is plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets (but no oven mitt so bring your own if you plan to bake), tupperware, and utensils to use. There was also plenty of toilet paper along with extra towels, linens, and blankets in the closet. The garage is very spacious and fits two cars. The floors in the garage and through out the cabin are also heated so that was nice. There is an entry space in the bottom floor where the garage is so we all left our shoes there. We actually didn't use the front door at all. Last thing to note is the wifi password is all lowercase NOT uppercase like the label on the tv stand states. The TV doesn't connect at all to the internet and couldn't watch basic cable either. All 4 of us adults tried to no avail which was frustrating. We fortunately took our nintendo switch so the kids kept themselves entertained with that since that connected to the wifi. The cabin also provides plenty of board games. All in all it is a great cabin, we all enjoyed it and would stay again. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969THE GOOD: large, warm home in a quiet neighborhood that has comfortable beds and a washer and dryer. THE BAD: •Cleanliness: Empty alcohol cans were left in the backyard by previous guests and were not picked up by the cleaning crew before our arrival. Carpets are visibly dirty. Dining room table is stained and scratched. •Tina, the main contact person, is very slow to respond and is not very helpful. Don’t even bother. Just contact the owners. •Second floor sink was clogged when we arrived. A plumber had to come out and was at the house for hours fixing. •This house is NOT well stocked. We have stayed at many rental homes and there is always at least salt and pepper, maybe some oil, plastic wrap, etc. This house has NONE of that. You have to bring all consumables. Not enough toilet paper provided either. •Needs a guide book. Hardly any instructions are provided for using items in the home (TV, fireplaces, etc). We never got the primary bedroom fireplace to work, which was a bummer. TV is not connected to the network so we couldn’t mirror our phones or access our Netflix account. Wi-Fi password is hard to find and when you do find it, it is typed incorrectly (should be lowercase). •Cabinets all over the house are falling off their hinges. •Main front steps are not shoveled between renters and were unusable. We could only access the house through the garage. •Strange large open space between living room and kitchen. Could fit a pool table or something else fun and useful there. •Dining room table only seats 6 and is not big enough for guests of a four bedroom house. A new larger table would be smart to add.
