Valarie is a great host. This is our second year at her house and it continues to be a wonderful experience. House is well taken care of, accommodates mid size family and lovely back patio with a swimming pool.

The house was well furnished, maintained and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 people. My wife and I like to entertain our relatives and friends in St Petersburg and the kitchen was well equipped to use, living room was large and outdoor patio/ pool were exceptional. Great place for a family with children. Valarie the owner and host was wonderful to work with. We plan on returning next year.

Did not like the drive to everything. Every near beach was 30 minutes away. Felt like we spent lots of time in the car. The property says central location well it is but not close enough for us. Other then that it was just as we expected.

We had a family of 7 and there was plenty of room. The house is in a great location to easily drive to all the area local beaches. The host was wonderful with communication and any help we needed. It was such a great vacation. We were able to make our breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, eat at the 6 person table then head to whatever beach we had chosen for the day. Then when we got back, grill or cook dinner and have fun in the pool and watch TV under the pergola. I highly recommend this home.

We loved staying at Valarie’s place! The backyard was great - in a neighborhood but felt private with the beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed the pool during the day and patio in the evening. We enjoyed an evening walk around the beautiful neighborhood as well. Easy proximity to downtown area and beaches were only about a 20 minute drive (less than 10 miles). The house was clean and inviting. We’d definitely stay here again!

WHAT A MAGICAL VACATION. The house was wonderful but the back yard was heaven. We splashed in the pool and played lots of corn hole. Groceries 2 miles away . Easy access to 275. So beaches were just a few exits down. Quite neighborhood my teenager love skateboarding there. Can not give this a more positive review. Thumbs up for sure.

Beautiful tropical backyard setting with pool, games, TV and comfort. Hard to leave after only 8 days -
