Great little place to stay. There are some steep stairs leading down to one bedroom, but overall still a nice place

Great View, Average Cleanliness, Average Condition. Limited Access to Property Manager; No calls and can only text during business hours. Arrived after 5pm and had to wait to the next morning to send a text to get Internet Code.

Please note 1st off that there is no air-conditioning. It is quite humid there and the unit smells like mold and mildew. Whoever cleaned this place before we got there did a poor job. Things all over the floor, dead bugs hanging from spiderwebs, things left in the washer parentheses mopheads). Pots and pans are cheap and everything that you cook in them sticks and burns. The handles on the windows, which are crank out, fall off of your hand every time you try to open the window. The furniture on the deck was filthy dirty and we had to clean it ourselves in order to sit on it . Two of the beds were like sleeping on concrete bricks. All of us had terrible allergies and stopped up sinuses after staying there. In addition, we slipped down the stairs going into the unit because there are no treads for when the weather is wet. The rugs in our bathrooms were filthy and we had to wash them in order to use them. I am really sorry to give this review as I don’t like to damage the owners. All the furniture is very uncomfortable. I just would hate for anyone else to have false expectations of this unit.

We recently stayed here and it was absolutely perfect for us. A family of four going skiing, it had adequate space and just enough sleeping areas for everybody. The kitchen was a good size and had everything that we needed! We actually spent Thanksgiving here and really enjoyed ourselves! The area is beautiful and just a short drive to both Sugarmountain and Beech Mountain. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a quick mountain get away. Hard to locate in the dark! Better directions are needed. A lot of steps from parking lot to door. Very quiet neighborhood.

Very nice area with beautiful views. Wildlife was abundant to view from the deck. Older Condo, but very clean and orderly with plenty of room for 6 adults. Only downside was, we didn't realize that one couple would have to stay in the basement away from the others, but besides that it was a great weekend stay!

Great place to stay with the family! Beautiful views of the mountains and close to the golf club and Rec center. It’s not a new property but it was clean.

We could not unload directly in front of our unit. There was a small road in front of this row of townhomes but there was a locked gate to prevent entry. We had to carry several loads of luggage and ski equipment up and down a lot of stairs and walkway. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware but I could not find extra sheets for the sofa bed. The unit was clean except for some candy wrappers i found in one of the drawers in the bedroom. I would not expect that to happen.

Thank you for the Christmas decorating and childrens loaded candy canes. The townhouse was spacious and appointed nicely.We were able to distribute the (6) family members to sleep adequately. The lowest level was not used except for the washing machine. No central heat and the little space heater was not adequate for (2) members to sleep down there.The stairs were awfully steep also so we used the sleeper sofa for the (2) children. We assumed from the pictures that we walked from parking directly into the townhouse. The outside flights of stairs were certainly more than just inconvenient. They were treacherous, iced over and very difficult to transport luggage and food for (6) people down.I wish I had known that in our initial leasing decisions.Someone should have salted the stairs and had the service road gate accessible for us to drive down from the upper parking lot .
