Close to downtown and walking distance to Hospitals

This home is within walking distance of the hospital - and was such a blessing to our family while going through an unexpected NICU stay. Chris was a wonderful host and communicated quickly. The home was clean and worked for exactly what we needed. Big thanks again to the hosts for being so accommodating during a very stressful time.

Great location. We were able to come back and relax at the end of the day and not feel confined to a room. Comfortable stay and great communication with owners.

This property is exactly as pictured. The host was very good at communicating and checking in on us during our stay. We were able to park two vehicles with no problem. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The whole house had updated amenities. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

We were in Tyler for a reunion. The house was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Would stay again on our next visit.

We had an amazing time and the house was not that hard to find. I definitely recommend getting there in the day time as it is a little hard to locate after dark but nothing major. We appreciated the openness of the house and the bedroom count was perfect for all of us to have plenty of room. Definitely would love to stay here next year for the fair in 2025.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in this house for a weekend during our daughter’s dance competition. Its was conveniently located 5 min from the convention center and close to broadway street where all the restaurants are. The house had plenty of space for my family and the home looked exactly like the pics. The owners were exceptional to deal and we will definitely be returning if our studio returns to Tyler next year.

Small older home that has been recently updated. All amenities were provided. Will easily fit a family of five. Hosts very responsive to any concern or comment.
